That's because that's not the topic of his channel. His channel is mostly about feminism, fat acceptance, and occasionally faulty dating advice. But he does mention in multiple videos that he is against the red pill, so he is clearly against it. I just believe he hasn't covered it because it isn't completely in the topics of his channel. I would like to see a video from him about that.

I would say that sometimes he does cross the line a bit with his criticism and misunderstands what some people say in some of his older videos. But usually, he gives constructive criticism and his videos are very well researched.
