Thanks man, this the answer I needed to hear. Not “your life is over, bitch” and not “stop making excuses, you’re just as well off as everyone else”. I’m starting my bulk until about 140-150, it’ll be a few months. Appreciate it

So far, your biggest experience is depression. True shit, man. Fucking amazing username btw. I’ve hoenstly been putting off MMA/boxing classes because of money (working a part time job and saving for college, I can’t afford $100 a month in classes...I’ll look for cheaper ones) and honestly I’m just insecure and anxious as fuck. I think it’ll be good for me in building power and learning to face my fears instead of avoiding them like a little bitch when I finally manage to go to the damn class

All the more motivation to stay active in the gym. I think I’m already as lean as I’m going to get, though, as my issue is gaining weight, not losing it. And I need a new haircut. I did the fade/crew cut but my hairline is literally twice as far up as it should be. Not a good look for me.

Gym 4 days a week, eating 2600 calories a day (500 surplus) ? Read the recommended reading for RP, including Models, Laws of Power, Meditations, Machievalli, and No More Mr Nice Guy. Few times a week, been considering doing it every day Idk how? I have a decent wardrobe No facial hair Been doing Cold showers for a year and work a cash register, so I interact with hundreds of new people a day...not really sure how to go to parties if I don’t get invited/don’t have friends Music production, Liftin…

Quality post, good starting point. For smaller guys looking to get bigger obviously just increase your caloric intake 300-500 cals, if you don’t gain any weight bump it up another 300-500 until you see results.

I’m finishing my last year of high school and can say that this is accurate, just not to a very high extent. SMV is based 90% on looks/height due to the superficial nature of high school (most of the girls are driving their daddies cars anyways) and getting laid is ridiculously easy if you have a good face and decent body, usually requiring nothing more than a “wanna fuck” on snapchat. Sooo so so grateful i discovered RP Sophomore Year.

This week and last, started lifting again and it’s seriously life changing. Up 5 pounds from my starting weight already (it fluctuates)

Honestly, it’s nothing special. If you try to memorize all the tricks and right things to say you’ll just end up stifling yourself. You mentioned having a DGAF attitude, but that’s not what really matters. What matters is actually not giving a fuck. So if you get rejected, try again. It’s part of the process. Focus on improving yourself and stay with it OP. If you need to take a break from women do it but don’t give up.

Let’s we talk about RP music. Certain genres and songs definitely contain different ideas that affect your subconscious a great deal. For example, hip hop and rap usually contain a lot of red pill ideas (comparatively, there’s not a lot of love rap songs) whereas pop and country contain a lot more “romance” and neediness. What experiences with different types of music have you had? Which music will be most heathy to your mindset?

I got into an LTR about a year after first finding redpill, thinking I already knew everything the sub had to offer and had mastered it. Truth be told, I hadn't even started truly swallowing it.

Read the book Models by Mark Manson. It's premise Is literally "attracting women and being vulnerable without being needy"

I just read "Models" by Mark Manson and one of the points he made was that compliments should always come from a place of authenticity, not a tool to try to seduce her. Tell her she looks good because she looks good, not because you want something from her. If she ghosts you it might not have even been because of your comment, maybe she got bored. Maybe she went on her period. Getting on her "beta list" sounds like a hamstering of your own, OP. You don't know what list she keeps. You don't know …

While this is mostly correct, a little self-reflection is always helpful. Often times I read something and realize exactly why my ex suddenly turned cold on me. I don't want her back, but I understand the psychology behind my mistakes

I agree, and it's because it's so much harder to have sex as a man than it is as a woman

The red pill is the name of this subreddit, it's about building power as a man and taking it away from the women you're obsessed with.

My ex told me she'd "never" leave me even back when I was blue pilled. And I'm fucking glad she did leave, otherwise I'd still be sucking up to her

Agreed. But I would say it's better to err on the side of too quickly than too slowly, if she's bored/loses attraction it's game over. A big rapport break is easier to recover from.

Absolutely. When I was BP and with my ex, she always complained about how she felt used as an object and wanted you kill herself over this guy who treated her like shit. Of course I would reassure her she's not a hoe, she's only mine, etc. The next day id see her sending good morning texts to the guy who was "abusive". I confronted her about it and she said she didn't know why she still talked to him, she just "felt like She had to". And then she dumped me for him. There is nothing rational abou…

The book "Models" by Mark Manson is a huge resource for this sub and has the main basis of honesty for attracting women. While it emphasizes being transparent and real, girls aren't the place for emotional care. Girls just want fun, not to be burdened with your sorrows.

Hey man, keep reading up. You've got the right idea you've just got to fully immerse yourself into TRP and learn what some of this really means. First- Figure out your purpose in life. Obviously it's not going to come easy. It'll take time and that's okay. Figure out what you really have a passion for and that can be translated to monetary value. Pursue it with your whole being. You probably already know deep down what you love to do, and I'm not talking about video games or porn. I'm talking ab…

I disagree. I'm in the age group myself and the fact that 99% of everyone is on social media makes it hugely intriguing to not have it, especially if you're popular.

I don't let it bother me too much. But how many girls will I need to go through? Apparently girls are to height as guys are to looks. If you think about guys dating a 2/10, is it the same for a girl dating a 5'?

Up vote for mindset. I'm willing to push as hard as I need to, but is it even possible?
