The sixth amendment says you have the right to a public trial not that it's mandatory.

There's no law that says that the alleged victim can't be named (in the U.S.). TIL

What the advocates in this thread want is for Cosby's indictment, arrest and trial to all be private unless he was found guilty. How exactly would that be unconstitutional?

Ah, well yeah. To me that's like the black people and fried chicken stereotype. Fried chicken is awesome.

What's wrong with Subaru's? I have been test driving new cars (non-luxury compact SUV's) for a couple of weeks and so far the Forester has been easily the best overall and one of the most affordable.

But someone stated that she was a terrible person just for lying about it... The exchange went like this. Yes, she is a terrible person for knowingly allowing an innocent person to rot in prison for 21 years. Doing a terrible thing doesn't necessarily make one a terrible person.

Nobody is JUST mad about the initial lie. It's every day from then on that she didn't come forward.

Doing a terrible thing doesn't necessarily make one a terrible person. Every time for at least 16 of those 21 years she thought of that innocent man rotting prison and chose to do nothing she did a terrible thing. And if doing terrible things doesn't make you a terrible person, I don't know what does.

True but to be fair, easily well over 50% of the guys (and gals) I served with were cheating on their spouses.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
