0	Dieting? Nah. Unless it's fats, because fats are really good. I completely agree with you regarding the healthy eating habits. I’ve seen so many people go for advanced diets without having healthy eating habits to start with. It’s the same story every time: Lose weight, feel better, post some photos on facebook, some motivational images with inspirational weight loss quotes, etc. About a year later, they’re back at their original weight or in some cases even heavier. For me, as much as I was blue pill growing up, when it came to sports, and basketball in particular, I always treated everyone the same way. Boy, girl, tall, small, fat, fit, etc. Once you stepped on the court to play, you were my opponent.
