I meant it like look at what was being taught back in 2006 people are still teaching it today, so if people are looking at new techniques or whatever just think about how the foundations to what we do hasn't really changed over all this time, (i probably didnt explain it that well)

First two points, that is my basic strategy at the moment, I send something along the lines of 'Hey, it was nice to meet you last night :)' and if I get no reply within the day i just presume they are rejecting me, third point, yeah I can understand what your saying, and granted there is no way of telling if their relationships are solid but i am likely to hear if anything has happened and the factor of time is also an indicator, I know the other guys on my course don't practice PUA and just use…

in a bit of a rush so no time to read post, i use to have really bad AA till my friends forced me to do an approach in a bar, and it went alright and after that its like opening the slucegate on approaches, its like opening a jar of pickles, the first turn is ni on impossible but you give it your best, then the next few tries you can feel it start to loosen and before you know it the cap is off

I see what you mean, but that kinda thing can be difficult to achieve anyway depending on what type of day you have had,(e.g. if you have been in lectures all day among friends), I think my method allows a 'reset' to the 3 second rule so if you see a set and cant initially approach you have a second chance,

not really sure why i put them in, i guess i was trying to say don't use it before every interaction use it for first approaches and getting into state, and i cant be certain if constantly telling yourself you are the boss with eventually wear off, I'm going to edit it

I think the HB system is good in retrospect (in field reports e.t.c) because it gives us an idea of how well that girl fits his idea of a perfect girl (IMO there is no such thing as a HB10) but if you are in field its bad because it distracts you from your original goal (increases AA, if she is a '10' then you may be tempted to 'pull out all the stops' and ultimately freak her out), as numerous PUA instructors have said its idolizing the girl or putting the pussy on a pedestal, I would recommend…

I'm too in my own head, I have a problem with approaching i tend to imagine what will happen if i approach and its always bad (then i don't approach), how can i start living in the moment and stop caring what the repocusions will be, I think pua has tonnes to offer but i cant seem to get past this first approach hurdle, I have freshers week coming up which i expect will be the best time to get some first approaches, It could just me being scared of being judged and getting a bad name for myself …

How can i stop being so cynical? I've been watching videos about doing sets and they are all hammering the point that you have to be honest and be interested and into what the girl is saying, so if she is saying 'i love cats' you are suppose to respond with something like 'omg me too!' but this is not the case for me, I am always indifferent to everything and i cant seem to be able to muster up the power to express strong feelings towards something, help me seddit! edit: it may be lack of enthus…

Im at home on holidays at the moment but this is kinda depressing prospect whise for me, i only found PUA late in my first uni year and it really helped me become a social person (having never had the chance before) (Im not saying this is going to happen to me but i do a hard subject and I'm going to have to knuckle down in the second year) Isn't it the social norm to party in your first year then you don't really in later years?
