Just say that you’re frustrated with your own brain for thinking against your core beliefs and you’re waiting patiently for the negativity to pass. Say you’re busy re-programming yourself and that you’ll be back in a minute.

How long do you get to know somebody before you determine that they are emotionally unavailable?

It also shows that you don’t take yourself or your ego seriously, which is a huge turn on. Being funny is also a turn on.

So many people lean on alcohol to provide that “don’t give two shits what anybody thinks” mentality. Using it as a crutch to get into that mode is proof that you can’t do it on your own, and that should be an area to work on.

Good for you for trying to be more spiritual. I would suggest mindfulness as a path to explore. I would also suggest catching yourself thinking about yourself too often and think about other things. Stop identifying so much. Study the ego if you can, and learn what it really means. See if you can get in the habit of caring less about who you are and more about what you want out of life. I’m just trying to point in a direction, I certainly don’t have all the answers.

How much time do you spend thinking about yourself and your identity?

Yesterday I let something annoy me and I paused, took a breath and remembered that he does things for the sole purpose of getting a reaction out of me. I’m trying my best to not show any reaction in hopes that he’ll eventually stop pushing my buttons for the hell of it. Yeah, you should definitely learn to emotionally disconnect from everything he says. He's in your life to teach you something, and it's the fact that assholes should not have any control over your emotions. Stay around him long e…

Agreed. In my personal experience I have seen women fall out of love more easily than men.

I personally address this problem within my own soul and make the absolute most honorable choices that I can. I fantasize about my partner instead of other women. I take joy in her body even if it’s sagging or wrinkled. Hell, I dated a 45 year old when I was 29 and we had great sex all the time. I get oneitis pretty bad though, and that’s been a turn off for most.

If you could swear some kind of oath that your desire for my affection and attention wouldn’t mysteriously dry up at the 1-2 year mark, I’d be totally down to marry you. Sorry, but whenever I show weakness or break frame I permanently lose a small piece of your sex drive, and little by little you convince yourself that you were never in love with me in the first place. I can’t take that kind of risk anymore. I’ve had my heart broken by women that were obsessed with me at the 6 month point, and “…

You make minimal effort you say.... You’re not waiting around. Have you found one that you really wanted to start a relationship with? It seems like the ones you have been in dates with weren’t worth your time. Do you want some guy that you’re barely interested in to pursue you? Also, don’t expect someone to do all the work when it comes to showing interest. It honestly sounds like you just didn’t hit it off. I’ll give you some great advice. Women on dating apps get something like 20x more messa…

I totally agree with that. I should have said “a woman blindly following her instincts cannot maintain it” Personally, I overcame my desire to impregnate every woman I see. I can’t really explain the process, but I learned the ability to focus my sexual energy on one woman for however long I need to. There’s a whole complicated downside to how they respond to this. Total lack of dread etc. but I do it anyway to at least hold up my end of being honorable in a relationship.

By all means, find a man that gives equal or greater affection to you, then report back here about whether it decreased your desire for him. I believe that a woman cannot maintain love and desire for a man indefinitely, no matter the circumstances. It’s just my anecdotal belief though, so take it as such.

There are a few circumstances where things are out of your control. The biggest and most pronounced example I can give is that if someone very close to you dies, you are going to grieve. You’re sometimes forced to ride out emotional circumstances. However, the vast majority of your existence is choice. Always, always remember that you are making choices emotionally. Those choices become habits, the habits become traits, and the traits become your identity. It’s a lifelong process, and just knowi…

I can attest 100% that giving headspace, aka thinking about her, is the root cause of oneitis. I’ve caught it for women that rarely ever thought about me, and it was the most painful ridiculous bullshit I have ever imposed on myself. Don’t think about her.

Please forgive this question if it is inappropriate. This comes from a place of true curiosity, and a search for the truth about human nature. Is there any part of you that feels in any way less attracted to him now? Even subconsciously?

Anyone you're with in a relationship is going to have some annoying habit that makes you feel bad. I'll give you an example. My GF laughs at everyone's attempts at being funny. No matter how lame, how cringey, how inappropriate or just NOT funny it is. She will laugh by default, and it drives me insane. Or, I should say, it used to. Her EX will call her up, because they have a daughter together, and he only calls to discuss the logistics of birthdays and visitation, etc. He will make some retard…

Do i ask if he sees me that way still or maybe thats the problem? No way. I mean, asking won't hurt, but it's not necessary. He still sees you that way. It's way more common for women to lose sexual interest in their partner than men. You need to have sex earlier in the day, when you both have more energy. You didn't mention kids so I assume you don't have any. Just have sex at some point on your day off, when there are still errands to be done, chores to be done, etc. but suddenly you both deci…

That's what I thought the common description was. I've seen another description though. It's a socially withdrawn Alpha, a true badass. Someone who would never join the military, but if drafted, would immediately be put in charge of the other recruits. Handsome, physically fit, gifted, intelligent, confident, competent, and somehow standing alone at a party just observing the other dudes competing for attention. He makes beautiful furniture in his wood shop. He fucks like a champion. He's only b…

Women love a man who is sensitive and communicates well because they make long lasting partners. While that may be true, certain types of sensitivity and communication can lower their libido. If you're going to be an open book, you have to do it within a frame that doesn't reduce your sex appeal.

The definition of Omega is extremely vague to me. Can I get some replies or examples of what that actually describes?

You sound terrified of damaging the relationship by being open to him about how you feel. You are terrified of losing him or even creating more distance between you. The fact is, what he did was very wrong and far more damaging than what you're afraid of causing. There will come a time in your life eventually when you don't feel the need to talk about this or worry about it anymore. You're allowed to be hurt, pissed of, suspicious, and many other things. The problem is that a relationship cannot…

They say something obviously untrue, where 95% of guys will correct it and "set things right" AKA take life too seriously. You should Agree and Amplify, take the whole thing up a notch. "Yeah, she IS way hotter than you. Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna go talk to her instead." Should be tongue in cheek, because below the surface you couldn't give two shits. That's the real point. Who gives a fuck about how hot either of them are. The other guys do, and that drys you up, doesn't it girl. Well I cou…

You need a reason to change, and I think you have found one. Women are not turned on by what you think they are. Their attraction to you is fickle, and based off your attitudes and your personality 10x more than that stuff matters to you. What you posted is one of the biggest turn offs that women have to suffer through in a relationship. They can only handle so many turn offs stacked together before they stop wanting to fuck you all together. It’s not her fault. Watching you grow all these femin…
