0	Vitamin D/Zinc - It works Well if you know where to look for it, its better than the pharmacy shit, absorbtion wise. A friend who knows this shit suggested a multivitamin product, but forgot the name, and i can guarantee to you its better than that 10 bucks a bottle shit they sell in my country. Also if you've been reading stuff online, research wise, you'd know that in the USA most od this shit isn't fda approved and doesn't contain the ingridients it claims to contain.
