I know that, the statistics of pay at google show a very simplified version of the whole story, and women are probably worse off overall. The reason I posted this is because 99% of this "men have it so tough boohoo" stuff is total crap, and I was surprised to find this has some merit to it.

I've seen this a million times, but I'm not sure if I've ever seen anyone fact check it. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/04/technology/google-gender-pay-gap.html Surprisingly, this is actually pretty legit.

Thanks for the reply. I think I better understand what is upsetting people here.

I don't see a problem with the ad. I don't see a problem with this. If an ad saying "don't bully people" is upsetting to you, maybe you're a bully. I really want to like this sub, and I've been following for a while, but I can't stand this. You can't criticize outrage culture and then get so outraged about a company trying to sell a product the way they want.

This is just child abuse. Nothing complicated about it, not really a feminism thing. Child abuse.

My apologies I misread some of your posts.

I think I see what you mean, but I don't think that was the intent at all. The idea was more that being pro-choice is often praised while a man making a choice is not.

I'm pro-choice but I don't understand how this is conservative. The point is to look at how men are left out of the conversation on abortions, but are criticized for not wanting a baby when women aren't. If I were you I'd relook at what conservative means.

I recommend you all check out OP's post history before reading too far into this. Hate to be a debbie-downer :(

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
