All men are predators? Or irrational fear?Im surely trying. I think I do pretty alright anymore. Quiet and empty most of the time, lifes generally shitty, but all I can say is I do not have to worry about being assaulted or hurt at home anymore after most of my formative years and young adult years were spent shuffling around between abuse situations so thats a win. Not ideal but hopefully Ill get yhere someday just takes time. I wish you all the best this world has to offer friend. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/03/24 04:18 AM
All men are predators? Or irrational fear?I "made a scene"???? He was drunkenly telling me that Im disgusting bc getting drugged and raped ar 14 was my fault and Im nasty for it, not j7st one and done but ON AND ON for 20 minutes while I kept telling him to shut his mouth, if thats how he feels thats great, fine, valid I guess but Im not putting up with it or having the convo so he needs to move on. Calmly. I then stood up, still calm after several uninterrupted minutes of drunk fuckin RANTING about how something that happened to me ent… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/03/24 04:10 AM
All men are predators? Or irrational fear? This :( I did everything right as far as the reporting process and went to the hospital for a rape kit and to have my injuries evaluated. It still failed me and now his peers still retaliate regularly years later. Other girls have had incidents with him and have tried too. Same guy but same outcome for all of us. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/24 12:58 AM
All men are predators? Or irrational fear?I gave a half assed attempt at defending myself once (I was taught never to retaliate) I put my foot down and said "Im leaving" grabbed my purse and turned away to physically walk out the door and got grabbed by my hair, thrown down, and dragged through the house. I dug my nails in and grabbed my cell phone & tried to call for help. I lost an eye for that audacity and had to relearn how to walk well and do basic tasks efficiently. I stated in another comment I was drugged and assaulted by a push… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/24 12:56 AM
All men are predators? Or irrational fear?I live in rural bumfuck egypt nowhere where everyone knows everyone and theres very little crime and couldve wrote your exact reply myself and been truthful :/ doesnt matter where you live. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/24 12:40 AM
All men are predators? Or irrational fear?My first assailant was one of if not the most attractive men Ive ever met to this day all these years later. I was drugged and had at violently enough to cause injuries. Which was sad, as he was attractive and I sort of did like him until that point, except for how pushy he was. I refused to give right off the bat bc I wasnt ready and so he took. Im not the only one in this town alone but he somehow dodges consequences even when we did everything we as victims are supposed to. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/24 12:35 AM
Women who are very experienced in romantic relationships (whether sexually or emotionally) would you date someone who had never been in a relationship?Honestly thats probably a fair assessment. Im younger than you are but I would rather take a sexual virgin than a relationship virgin, specifically while being that age and wanting a solid relationship that late in the game. You can teach sex skills/activity skills to perform a hobby, but cant teach a 35 year old how to have a mature, healthy, functional romantic relationship without the brunt of the sheer emotional and mental labor being unfairly thrown on the other partner. And Ive found that … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/02/24 11:19 AM
Women who are very experienced in romantic relationships (whether sexually or emotionally) would you date someone who had never been in a relationship?Agree. Just overall a not great take. My partner is more because he wasnt "sexually successful." He was a relationship and sex virgin in his late 20s. We were friends as kids/teens. He was honestly pretty emotionally stunted as far as emotional intelligence and socializing went due to an abusive, isolating upbringing. Instead of focusing on others he turned inward and focused on himself as a person, and his skills and hobbies. He was big into knowledge and still strives to learn new things all t… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/02/24 11:07 AM
Why do women on this sub often say that they are not attracted to promiscuous men?Because Im genuinely not, in the same way a man would not be attracted to me if I was promiscuous, or any woman. Im just inherently not. Thats why I intentionally bagged a virgin. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/01/24 06:11 AM
Should paternity tests be mandatory?Yes. Should be standard as children are born, especially if a man is in the picture stepping up to claim, should be tested for paternity to establish that it is in fact his to claim. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/24 05:26 AM
How low would autistic guys have to set their standards, if women only date up?Idk how I feel about this. I know a lot of autistic men irl who date up themselves, but are actually pretty decent dudes, and I personally have an autistic man who was my first choice for 13 years. Weve been together for 3 ish and hes my favorite. This hasnt been the majority of what Ive seen personally and my own experience is different as well. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/01/24 05:32 AM
If you frequently hook up, how do you keep oops babies from happening?Girl this just reminded me, I once dated a man who was 28 or 29 years old and had, by his own admission when I requested one before the deed the first time we went for it, "never once used a condom" 🥲 I was gobsmacked... he literally said he "never needed to so hes never once used a condom" 😭 homie willingly volunteered that information... needless to say it didnt end up happening between us after that convo, and we promptly had another convo at the end of the night in which I stopped dating him… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/23 08:31 AM
Who does it benefit to say “people on medication are a red flag”?Many other humans evolved to have genetic wonks though, sadly. Genetic conditions do exist, physical and mental. In this day and age a nurse at a walk in clinic can swab a patients cheek for DNA and send it off to be inspected for genetic issues including depression, bipolar, or schizophrenia, markers for anxiety, a potential for dementia, the works. That test is called GeneSight and also helps providers pick medications based off the patients genetics. If the medication presents mainly negative… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/23 08:04 AM
Who does it benefit to say “people on medication are a red flag”?I took basic A&P in 9th fuckin grade 🤣 having an electrical degree is entirely irrelevant. Why is he bragging about his lack of knowledge in a subject hes trying to argue on??? Jeez. That was the only info you needed right there. Also correct, your body cant tell the difference between dopamine/serotonin/ocytocin or endorphins its naturally inclined to produce, or ones it needed supplemented or kickstarted into producing. Its honestly the same with a diabetic and insulin. The body cant exactly t… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/23 07:35 AM
