Thanks for the words, I will continue to read TRP I think it does teach how to react to this sort of thing well. I am very fond of self improvement- I used to have no self awareness and was one of the weirdest kids in my year but through it I have become actually decent

Can you engage her in some kind of sport you're great at I play rugby, go to the gym and go out at weekends, these are my hobbies.
