6	X-post from r/libertarian I have no idea what those numbers are meant to refer to. A social floor is not free money. It's healthcare, education etc... Basic needs of your fellow man. But if you would like to see "paying people not to work" in action Finland just carried out a trial on UBI universal basic income. They done this because their government understand that a lot of jobs will be automated and not replaced.
