I doubt this story is real, to be honest. I know there are few people who believe this, but if a group of friends found out about this at least some of them would shame this person for cheating. I am just being cautious here. I don't believe every post on internet.

while I agree that casual hook ups can leave some people feel empty many people including women enjoy having multiple sexual partners. This is not attack on you and your values. It is simply how it is. And yes men are hornier biologically, but woman can also have lot of sex and enjoy it. It is not monolithic basically. Everyone's libido is different. Some men don't crave sex at all. some women want sex more oftan than their husband. This is a fact. not an opinion.

workout. really. It actually raises testesterone levels but also helps mental and overall health. It can be a real good place to get rid of negative emotions which can bottle up sometimes.
