I used to be like that as well. Now when I come across a similar situation, I first see if the person is open to having a conversation about it and seeing my side. If they're not, don't bother wasting any energy. I've gotten a few hipster plates from those type of scenarios. Guess fucking a biracial guy is on their bucket list

Eh... Seems like a basket case but if you're leaving in two months I'd wait till a longer before trying to make a move. Just don't be surprised if this blows up in your face my guy. Bi chicks usually just means hypersexual and given she likes older men being that young she's probably got quite a few frequent flyer points on the cock carousel.

I’ve got this female coworker that’s got a boyfriend she lives with. We talk about relationships and sex every now and then but in a friend type of way. Never got the vibe she was into me up until recently there’s a few hints here and there. I’d rather not get with coworkers though Well first, why are you taking about sex with a girl if you don't want to smash. Also, one of those hints might be that she's openly talked to you about sex and relationships bud. She almost certainly wants you sexual…

I'd say she probably got cold feet since she doesn't know you... Even mentioned it "I think you're gonna kill me blah blah". Just go grab coffee first to show you're not a psychopath then escalate with Kubo and move the date to your car or wherever you're trying to smash. Also, What's your height weight bodyfat ? That shy wallflower you assume must be a virgin? Lost it at 16 and has an n count of 15. AWALT. I'm by no means a Casanova but for some reason I manage to make shy wallflowers that "appear" to not go around drop their panties by the third time we hangout, MAX. That was one of my first red pill moments in my late teens to early 20's. AWALT, Indeed. It's just nature.

She was showing me the love of her life (some close bf living in Australia that she was considering moving to see) and an hour later, I was cumming on her face I had a very similar moment with this plate I was spinning and in turn led me to discover the red pill. I had been plating this girl for a while and even hit it without a condom (stupid I know) cause she was on birth control and would let me nut in her afterwards. One time with my cum fresh in her relaxing on her bed I look over to see he…

Major doesn't matter? I'm interested to know why you think that? If I major only in philosophy ill be shutting out several doors that I would have if I major in applied math. Nonetheless, the more I think about it the more I see value in graduating as soon as possible and either pursing a minor or educating myself on philosophy on my own time for a fraction of the cost.

I dislike the word diet too, i'm looking at intermittent fasting as a goal to start doing by the new year As do I. I used to “yo-yo” diet all throughout my early 20s and went from 200 at 20 to 260 at 25. I also used to binge eat like a fucking girl that just got dumped. I found keto last year around July and have been in on it since then. Lost 50 lbs and feel healthy. Blood work shows it as well. I highly recommend you do some research on keto. It’ll do a lot more than just help you lose weight.…

Him being the CEO and in amazing shape might just possibly mean he is banging a cadre of bitches on the regular and the only way to have a steady relationship with someone else while doing this is having an open relationship. Exactly. And while I can't see myself doing the same, the guy seems to doing great for himself... so why should I care?

I'd personally let it go. Success is the best revenge. You're now his manager. His boss. You have power over him. You've won. Leave it at that. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do?

Look into the ketogenic diet. There's a few keto subs on reddit to get some good info. I'd recommend going with the basic "standard ketogenic diet" before diving into the more complex ketogenic diets.

What's your dosing routine/protocol? Does it really matter if your taking Test E rather than Test C?
/r/TheRedPill28/05/17 10:28 PM

Funny enough I'm in a similar situation. Studied philosophy for a year and now switching to a math degree with a computer science track. Did you do applied or pure math? And what do you do now? I've got a few STEM major friends that tell me I'm better off just doing computer science but I think that having the math degree adds value that many computer science degrees can't. Your take on that?

Did you mistake meditation for medication?
/r/askTRP20/04/17 11:35 PM

I'm not a doctor but I've dealt with some serious depression (diagnosed by a several professionals) and can feel that meditation has done wonders for me. I can't guarantee it will for you but I would recommend giving it a try with an app like headspace or some YouTube videos.
/r/askTRP19/04/17 03:19 PM

Eat more saturated fats. One of the main reasons I adhere to a ketogenic diet is because it's good for raising test.

I went through a similar situation and completely agree with the above. OP, set small goals in each area of your life that you want to improve in and adjust weekly. Exercise at least three times a week at first, mediate at least three times a week (will massively help anxiety, depression, etc), and start will small social interactions once a day (I.e. Complement a stranger or ask someone for directions even if you know the way).

I have trouble keeping a proper diet. I start eating less fruit and vegetables, more junk, started to smoke again, drinking alcohol. I need to stop this before I complete degrade my body. What kind of diet are you trying to do? Try cutting out one thing a time. Too much at once and you may feel overwhelmed.

Goals I hit: Stayed consistent on the keto diet Focusing on what I can control at work and improving my sales process despite not selling up to quota Working out at least 4 times a week Goals I didn't hit: Not meditate at least 3 times this week. Only did it once. Not engage any women in legit conversations. Only told a few women I liked their shoes/hair/etc bullshit, then bitch out and walk away Not read at least 70 pages this week from current book. Only 10.

Good shit. I used to smoke pot everyday and can say that it gets way easier to resist after two weeks. What do you do for side work? Look into the keto diet since you're already dieting low carb. I've on it for about 7 months and the best part is having really low cravings. As for exercise, I'd recommend just finding something you like doing so it's more of a stress relieve rather than another chore.

I'm going to give you non-professional advice on what has worked for me and may work for you. Seek professional help. It never hurts to have professional advice. Write how you feel in a journal. Let it all out. Once you've done that. Acknowledge the situation and make a plan for what you're going to do going forward. Meditate at least 3 times a week(preferably daily). If you haven't meditated before consider getting something like headspace. Exercise. Working out does wonders for your mood and i…

I'm asking because i'm contemplating plastic surgery at one point if my career plan and future stock portfolio go well. Just a guy trying to raise his status as high as humanly possible as we know beautiful people receive preferential treatment. Before going to that extent, a good year or two (depending on where you're starting from) of consistent working out and clean eating will go a long way to upping your SMV. I'd recommend looking into monk mode if you haven't already.
