The only sexual preference that is shamed and shunned is men attracted to younger women. You can be gay, bisexual, pansexual, be into MtF or FtM transgender people, like BDSM, people who dress up in animal suits, whatever, and all that is celebrated (not that theres anything wrong with any of that, what consenting adults do is none of my business). But if a man is attracted to and pursues younger women he is terrible and horrible and should be ashamed.

This article was really, really dumb. It wasn't really about men vs. women, its that they weren't getting enough people of color in the orchestras... The way to attack this is not forced diversity hires at the highest levels, it's getting instruments in the hands of young kids who otherwise couldn't afford them, and getting teachers out into those communities to teach those kids. Blind auditions are the ultimate form of meritocracy and should be emulated in other areas, not torn down.

Yes, I am a coward. Have too much debt to leave. She'll take my child away and turn him against me. Biding my time and developing an escape plan.

Women hate seeing a man relaxed, having a good time. They expect you to be servicing them every waking hour. Never cohabitate, never marry.

To watch. Sports, as a pursuit, are a conduit for male-to-male camraderie, fitness, challenge, lots of good things... It's not the only way but for some men sports are important.

Nice list. I like #4. I never thought about it in exactly those terms but you are so right.

I agree with you. Part of the natural reaction to a situation like yours is an impulse to violence. There is a reason "crimes of passion" are so common. I know you have gotten thousands of messages, and this is just one more. But, what happened to you is inexcusable. Anyone telling you to let it go is a dumbass.

A woman never wants to see her man relaxed, happy, and enjoying himself. This means he could instead be doing tasks to make her life easier or out earning money. A man's peaceful enjoyment is anathema to a woman.

Yup I get this all the time. Treated like shit all day, quick apology the next day or before bed.

I worked at an elementary school for a bit. There were 2 male teachers and about 30 women. The environment was very, very feminine to the point were I felt uncomfortable even being there. The boys were socialized to act in feminine ways, resolving conflicts through "heart-to-heart" conversations about emotions, for example. Boys who didn't operate that way were always in trouble. I think about those boys, single mothers, all female teachers until middle school. They never learned how to be male …

I suggest avoiding this interview. I'm guessing someone in academia is likely to approach MGTOW with a highly critical lens and preformed prejudices against the movement.

If you can earn 6 figures in your 20s, grind on it for 3-5 years, then drop hours when you feel like you can't take it any more. Getting a "prestige" job out of the gate will allow you to monkey branch to other high paying jobs that don't require much actual work.

Attune your senses and focus to the present moment and try to appreciate the beauty and complexity of the world around you. Don't know if that's good advice but it's what I'm working on.

Why bother? If you want someone to cook, hire a chef. If you want someone to clean, hire a maid. Both cheaper than a wife. She's still going to nag, talk your ear off, make demands on you. Living alone is just more pleasant, period.

What a great post, true true true. "The only time there will be peace is if you obey, like a dog." Sums up marriage pretty damn well!

Every second that he isn't at work, he's expected to be at her beck and call. If he isn't, she will start bitching that is isn't committed, doesn't respect her, etc. If he continues to resist, she will go psycho bitch on him. He's been trained into the knowledge that the path of least resistance is to just do what she says. He's still new to marriage, he'll get fed up with her controlling his every move in a couple years. Then the marriage will blow up, she'll adjust, or he'll accept perma-whipp…

Worst part of marriage. Every hour of your life from now until eternity is booked by someone else. Weekend to relax, or spend time to yourself? Nah man, you've got an itinerary now my dude. Any small sort of resistance, or event a hint that you don't want to do all the shit? Better be prepared for nuclear war...
