Isn't that a violation of constitutional rights? Just because she happens to be living in it doesn't mean his right to do what he wishes with his own property goes away. Just like a Landlord can evict tenants, the owner of a house can choose to sell it and evict its current inhabitants. The courts can't legally stop you from selling the home though. So I'd just sell it.

At that point, just sell the home without telling her. Or just stop paying the bills to the home and have it repossessed. Id be willing to destroy my credit score just to say "If I can't have my house, then neither can you"

The only argument I could possibly see to that is this: Men are safe because we have the strength and size to defend ourselves from most attacks. That wouldn't stop anything. Alt accounts are a thing. And Reddit isn't the only place that you can leak info. Imagine leaking it to the press. So now they have a physical person to use if they want to cover the story.
