I'm not saying that circumcision is a positive thing, but the ramifications of a forced circumcision vs forcing someone to have a child that they do not want by denying them the right to an abortion is not even close to equal. Circumcision does not produce another living human being that needs 18+ years of care and hundreds of thousands of dollars to be cared for. It's not going to sound like anything. Even just the error from the needle not being exactly where it should be will create massive distortion. This is on top of the fact that, instead of being sampled 44,100 times per second, this is sampled maybe 100 per second at the absolute max. That means, according to the Shannon-Nyquist sampling theorem, the signal can produce frequencies up to 50hz. That's already well below the fundamental of most humans.
