1	Really understanding "Just be yourself" This is a silly question because the vast majority of people are NOT that. If you believe that is that case there are underlying problems bigger than self-esteem or fear of judgement. 2	Really understanding "Just be yourself" I tell people on the internet this ALL the time. I try to explain to them that being your true self is so rewarding. Caring what others think is silly.
