Currently looking at the Philippines since its pretty cheap to live there because of the low wages people make there and 1 American Dollar is 46.10 Peso's which means if I move there and convert all my money to Philippine Pesos I'd have around 73763200.00 Peso's according to googles calculator so it could be bit off, but basically that means if I move to the Philippines I can live a luxurious lifestyle http://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/031815/retire-philippines-200000-savings…

Actually the Philippines isn't that bad of a Idea my 1.6 million usd is basically a (with the low cost of living over there due to the poor wages people get) luxury lifestyle on top of that I've always wanted to visit the Philippines. Only bad part is that the Crime is the Phillpines, but I guess the crime depends on where you go and stay. Thank you for the suggestion

I haven't had a ltr in 10 years... Yes I could buy a cheap house in a bad neighborhood and go to bed at night fearing for my life or I can buy myself a nice house and enjoy life :)

A lot of the places are outdated, but that is easily fixed. I'm gonna look into getting one of these places.. If I do buy one of these lake places I'll probably update it with modern appliances and modern counter tops. The one I would most likely buy is the 3 bedroom 2bath it is a lot more expensive, but its right up on the water which justifies the price for me.

Just do your Dreamjob.. I did my dream job(Software Engineer) and made 125k yearly salary after taxes.. Whatever is left over each month went into my savings.. Yes I do invest in money..

Yeah, but I wouldn't be surprised if my docter called me up and said your liver is bad or whatever happens to it when you drink too much.. I've drank like a sailor since I was a teenager and have ate mostly unhealthy so I most likely won't make it past my 60s

Living in the center of San Fransisco is fucking expensive and 70k is just rounded its actually 66,600 when added all together. I pay 5550 a month no utilities included for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1000sqft apartment..
