In Romania they can get a search warrant to detain you with only accusations, then they have 24 hours to get statements and find evidence, then a judge signs off to actually charge you. My best friend was arrested at school during our PE class in front of like 200 students. Charged with rape. Gets held for 30 days in a max detention center.
