There was another article someone else responded with when they were making this point. The article they linked though went on to say that while they were legally separated before, the rape accusation was the straw that broke the camel's back and pushed them into divorce proceedings. Looks like they deleted their comment after I pointed that out to them, but my response is still there.

I'm aware she asked for half. They're married, he was cheating, and there are kids involved lol.
