It works with chicks who're used to being complimented on their looks, etc. if you do it to a girl who's more reserved or shy, it's going to backfire. That's what he means by it not being useful on higher quality girls, those girls who are about more than just looks.

What's your body fat %? You probably just need to get toned. Try doing more accessory lifts and low weight high rep workouts. I usually have one day a week for that. Throw in some bodyweight workouts too. And yeah size is definitely not correlated with size. I'm 5' 8" and 150 and I'll outlift people who are "bigger" than me.

From what I've seen it's a dog eat dog world. My eyes are open and if some slut's willing to walk all over me, then why shouldn't I take action preemptively.
