I have a variety. Playing instruments (guitar, drums, tin whistle), collecting vinyls and tapes, running a hobby farm, working on projects, working out, shooting guns, pretty much anything that keeps me busy and is productive. It helps keep you passionate about something if it's rewarding and you get something tangible out of it.

There are some people in the movement that are just bitter. I hate the word toxic but that's what they are. We aren't all like that. If you want to look into it more a good rational voice is Joker. He has a YouTube channel called Better Bachelor. When I started watching him I was under the impression that MGTOW was just a bunch of bitter losers but he changed my opinion and now I can say I'm MGTOW without feeling ashamed. Joker is my favorite MGTOW personality. Sandman got me into it but once I found Better Bachelor that's pretty much all I watch. Haven't missed a video yet

Seems like all the married guys I work with are miserable. I used to have a romanticized view of marriage so I spent my 20s chasing LTRs trying to land a wife. After being dragged through the coals by the last one I found MGTOW and haven't looked back. If I could go back I'd spend my 20s just keeping things casual and putting money away.
