Yes; however, if there ever was a situation of let the punishment be proportional to the offence this is it exactly.

He did no commit a crime, she receive a request tonsend $20 and she accepted it. Like any other contract law, it's the signers reponsibility to read what they are signing. Same thing for EULAs, you clicked it you accepted it. Same applies here.

No it was playing her like she played him. She wanted to play the take pity on me I'm hungry card and he chose to play his "tots can't read" trap card. Same game, only one player gets to win.

Wait, let's take a step back here. Do you think this is the first person she does this to? She is playing a game and she got played, end of discussion. She wanted to get 20$ from a stranger under the guise of needing food, she ended up paying him $20 for being dumb. This is nothing wrong happening here. She tried to take advantage of someone and the tables got turned on her.

Have a kid and revisit your statement. Let's frame it in another way. You and your wife/gf have a kid, but you had to do invitro because you couldn't get pregnant. You raise the kid for three years, allmof a sudden some sude shows up and says hat was my sperm I won't let you see your kid anymore. I'm not saying what she did is right, I'm saying his reaction is based on anger. If he raised the kid for three years and loved the kid he will regret not having it in his life anymore once cooler minds…

You are obviously not a parent, these laws are not for the parents they are for the kid. Do you think a 3 year old understands infidelity? He raised her for three years, that love doesn't disappear because of a dna test. Yeah he is angry at the moment but that anger should be dirwcted towards the mom not the kid.

because he was a parent for 3 years, blood related or not he provided for her. It sounds super shitty but in reality is there for the kid not the mom.

There is more to parenthood then genetics. May not be his blood but if he raised her for three years he is still considered a parent.

A crime is not commited (or an order broken), until the child is a tually out of state. I think the cops ise the whole I don't have to question this person excuse to get out of it.

Are you high? Our cartilidge and blood do not weight more because we are men. This is just straight up bullshit. There is no female muscle or male muscle it's the same cellular make up. There are small differences in hormones and mineral content but those are not gonna be tipping no scales anytime soon. What happens if a girl gets a massive blood transfusion from male donors is she gonna weight more? Do you see how bat shit insane your statement is? Do you want to k ow how ufc fighters cut so mu…

Depends on where you are. Girls can be topless in public in Ontario and I’m sure the rest of the provinces would follow the same verdict if anyone got a charge and contested it. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/kitchener-waterloo/women-can-go-topless-in-ontario-but-they-don-t-want-to-fearing-harassment-1.3171257

That's not 100% true, it's just that there were some previous court cases that makes you think it doesn't. Does not mean it's set in stone per say. These are fairly rare cases so it's not like we have tons and tons of court cases to go over.

Do I think what can be explained by biology that more applicants to cs programs are male? Question for you have you ever gone to court to try and get custody of your child? Have you ever sat in on court ordered mediation? Have you ever taken a look at how the child support system is setup? http://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/fl-lf/famil/stat2000/p4.html 79.3% mother has sole custody 6.6% father had sole custody These are the cold hard numbers. Are there more black males in jail yes and its also b…

Look at any statistics for how often either sex gets primary care and custody. It's a known fact that the family courts are extremely biased towards the mom. If you would like the best example I can think of to prove it let's look at a woman who delivers a baby and has already broken up with the father. Do you think even after labor the father could request to hold said child if the mom simply tells the nurse no I don't want him to? Yes we don't know all the details; however, we do know for a fa…

If you read all the various articles, the students were scheduled to face a disciplinary hearing at the university. Their legal counsel advised them that it would be smarted to quit university then face the hearing, if the hearing went forward and they were found guilty at the hearing, their permanent school records would have included being expelled for sexual assault. The problem is that the university seems to think that their disciplinary hearings should occur before or parallel to the court…

Beyond a reasonable doubt and over crowded court systems. Plea bargains happen all the time and they will normally have you plea to a lesser charge if they think you will take the plea.

And you have the right to do so, you just can't say that's the reason you refused them service.

Seriously false accusations should carry the same sentence as the crime they are claiming to happen + the sentence for providing a false statement. This isn't a case of well people won't come forward... This is a case of ysomeone deliberetly trying to ruin someone else life and having next to zero consequences... Wtf society.

Canadian jusicial system is not, to the best of my knowledge, as ass backwards as that of the states. I highly doubt she will only get the minimal sentence.

The law can be messy, the court could ask the parents for permission to administer the injection, when they refuse they would get social services involved stating they are unfit parents. Then the state could/would provide consent. I would allow the procedure then argue entrapment in court.

Well I hope they enter it as evidence... Cause then it's a no brainer that they under oath admitted to producing child porn.
/r/MensRights10/07/14 12:38 AM

Pretty sure that's a criminal charge and the d.a. Would have to approve :(. But he could state it's entrapment which it is, they are forcing him (even if via court order) to allow the production of more child porn.
/r/MensRights10/07/14 12:35 AM

Because the D.A. Will not prosecute the police force on these charges. The kid, if he has a competent lawyer, should let it happen. Then he can use entrapment as a defence.
/r/MensRights10/07/14 12:33 AM

Actually, it would be considered entrapment... They are forcing him to produce child pornography...
