they seemed to hold their husband in some level of contempt, like it was his stupidity that was responsible. I think this is a really good point. I'd wager this is at least part of the cause why these bitches do all the nasty kinky stuff when they cheat too. The forbidden fruit is tastier when you can add a side of spite. this started about 16, so it is total bs that women are “above” this kind of attraction. If they were above it, we'd never hear stories of teachers age 22-35 fucking their earl…

You will struggle to replace sex as your top priority until you are satiated. A starving man does not know what kind of food he likes to eat, for when he is allowed to eat - he gorges himself on whatever food is offered. But when this man is surrounded with all kinds of food available to be eaten, he can be picky with what kinds of food he likes. You need to develop abundance. Lift, own your shit, stfu, develop your mental point of origin, and read the sidebar. What 3KL was talking about in that…

Your wife isnt a monster. Shes a regular ass female dealing with a weepy man-shaped pile of jello that put 2 babies in her. I appreciate you.

You've got a lot of work to do. Why do you want to stay? What qualities does she have that you appreciate enough to tolerate her shortcomings? What books have you read on the sidebar? These are needed much more than whatever bullshit you're reading right now.

Can you explain these "dominance tests"? I've not heard this term. It sounds like another name for "compliance tests", which is the male equivalent to a shit test. (insofar as women test a man's leadership and men test a woman's ability to be lead). Maybe these are the same things?

I think you've got some confirmation bias, but that's hardly a flaw. We all do. So I'm going to answer your question with more of an explanation than a simple "yes or no". For clarification, I look like an amateur bodybuilder at 205, 5'10 and about 12% bodyfat. Biceps: 17.5", Quads 25.5", 6 pack at all times unless I'm sitting down. I'm not natural. Personally, I got more IOIs when I was smaller, but there's some nuance to that... When I was fat, I was invisible. When I was skinny, or "athletic"…

This post is misinformed. If you're getting shit tested, it's because you're already considered a possible mate. The shit test is to see if you've got what it takes to lead her, because your clothes and physique give an incomplete picture (otherwise, "gymcels" wouldn't exist). The technical term is "innate skepticism bias". If you're fat and slovenly, you're not getting shit tests. You're not a possible mate. But yeah, stop being a fat fuck and go lift some fuckin weights.

damn, you really went full sperg on your wording there dude. Maybe start rewording shit as if you were in a locker room so you get fucked with less. I'll break it down sperg style - work is slow. just respond with something jovial and trivial I like this. I've found that ignoring the question is counterproductive and it usually just makes the shit test shittier. So I make up some random shit like "I was busy slaying dragons". Bonus Damage if you get them vested in the answer before feeding them …

This is very concerning. She is absolutely the type to make DV accusations against you. Normally, we say "fix your shit while you're together", but you are in a legal chess match, and your wife has all queens. I would advise you get legally separated ASAP and file for protection, citing that she follows you from room to room with arguments (this is considered domestic violence). This is no first mate. This is someone trying to burn down your ship. Thank you for going into details. For now, you n…

I'm hoping Red Pill Professor is not a nod to Blue Pill Professor, and if it is - just know he is a tradcon masquerading as red pill. Nothing against tradcons, but they get taken to the cleaners more than anyone. Main issue right now is that my extreme family situation has caused intermittent stress eating; I’ve currently gained about 15 pounds of fat that is largely hiding my muscle tone around my core especially. Wrong. The main issue is that you are using food to mask the negative feelings yo…

Not bad on your answers, I'm glad you chose to write them. You would probably benefit from reading Unchained Man 2.0 for this type of stuff too. He goes into some rules for defining your mission that will help you make it more effective. I enjoy Rian Stones stuff a lot. I've probably watched every video he's made that's under an hour long.

Yeah, I'm not reading all that. A few notes. Physical: BP 205, SQ 265, DL 265, all 5x5. Recently deloaded and looking for new program, but will prob default back to 5x5 because I lack creativity LOL. Phraks Greyskull LP. Similar, but different - and more well-rounded. My goal is to get down to 175lbs and <10%BF. Shredded. Program has been 5x5 but been upping rep and lowering weight. I’m looking for a 3-4x/week circuit program I like better. Do circuits on top of your lifting. If you abandon your…

I don’t know what to do anymore man. Statistically speaking, *you* are more likely to be arrested if you call the cops - even while being the actual victim of domestic violence. Wife hits you, leaves marks. You don't touch her. You call authorities. Authorities show up, ask wife "what did he do to you? You were defending yourself, right?" (presumption of guilt/Halo Effect) Wife uses magical pussy powers to convince authorities she is the victim (even if she isn't trying to). You end up in jail. …

"The next time you hit me will be the last time you get to touch me." Then actually fucking disappear the next time she hits you. No words, nothing. Bonus points if you get it on video. Lawyers love that kind of stuff for some reason. Or, you could keep being a pussy and continue showing her that this behavior is acceptable.

Carbs: 45-60% (higher values before training) Proteins: 15-25%. Fats: < 20% percentages are kind of a bitch to work with. Lets get your protein up to 2.2g/kg bodyweight and let the rest wash. Anything less than this is leaving gains on the table. When your plan stops working, you will have to adjust.Unless you're getting DEXA scanned, whatever you think 18% bodyfat is - probably isn't. Even then, it is a mostly useless metric. Aside from the above protein increase, don't fuck with it if it's wor…

You don't know what I look like, so I'll take your response with a grain of salt. Just know that I strict press 2.5x your deadlift, and I don't train shoulder press... it is by far my worst lift, and we weigh close to the same. I am talking about 7 months of AT LEAST 500kcal cut. EVERY day consistently. If you do the math you will see that the real deficit per day on average has been greater. I lost 22(kg) and still counting in 7 months. 48.4lbs... 28 weeks... 1.7lbs/wk avg... you're in an 850ca…

Since you're already on TRT, you could probably cut your dietary fat intake down and supplement with a high EFA fish oil, and replace those calories with carbs. I've found this to be helpful as i've been leaning out. For perspective, I'm 5'9 206lbs and somewhere around 12% - not natural. I still don't understand the argument for keeping fats in the diet while hormones are being supplemented exogenously, but im getting lean regardless. FWIW, I found myself able to detach from a lot of things once…

taking ephedrine +caffeine And aspirin, I assume? If not, add it. What are your macros? Mission: unfuck myself, build an independent life, dissolve the attachments I have, become fulfilled within. I take issue with this as a mission. A mission should be a lifelong pursuit; I do hope that unfucking yourself is not a lifelong pursuit. Alpha Male 2.0 helped me with this. I have a very strong attachment to my wife. Whenever I feel rejected in any sense, I engage in protest behaviour, typically withd…

Mission: This is the hardest question isn’t it? Lots of things come to mind, but none of them really encapsulate what I’m looking for. I struggled with this a lot. The answer was anti-climatic, but I had to go through the whole process like a sperg to get there. I couldn't post all of my notes, but these were questions that helped me out a lot. What would you like people to say about you at your funeral? What accomplishments would you be most proud of looking back at the end of your career or li…

For many years I was focused just on building strength, low reps and high weights, and I’ve switched to higher 15 or so reps and not just working the big compound lifts. Two weeks in and already seeing some results. My biggest problem here is I stall when I travel which is ⅓ of the year. Focus more on the intensity of your sets than the reps you're hitting. 6-12 is a pretty great rep range. Check out Trained By Jordan Peters if you really want to start crushing it. Consider using your travel tim…

I have elbow pain due to wrong/heavy French press. I was already in pain the past week, I thought I was ok, then on 3rd series I felt that pain again If French Press is causing you pain, then stop doing french press. My arms are 17.5" cold and I've done precisely 0 of them. You can find substitutes. Start with Cable Pushdowns, move to Tricep Dips or Close Grip Bench, then do an overhead tricep ext. movement. If any of those hurt, don't do them. I am cutting aggressively (>500 kcal/day) This is n…

Mission / Ambition: Someone rightly commented on a previous post that I need more focus here as well as aiming higher. My unclear mission creates hazy goals, which keep me from leading my family in a clear direction. I'm taking next week off work (again) and will use that to think deeply about what I really want. I have some notes from when I was struggling to figure out my own mission. Your Mission cannot rely on one other particular person or group of people. If your mission is reliant on anot…

HEALTH Last year I dropped from ~195 lbs to 172, but shot back up to 178 in the last two months. The last two months have been the busiest of my life, and all of my routines have been broken. I should have had flexible plans prepared and practiced more discipline while traveling, but didn't. Lesson learned. Got back on the mat last week, then got sick again. Will restart my routines again when better, going on walks in the meantime. Threw out all the junk food in the house and am shifting my die…

I'm working with a therapist to address anger issues stemming from my wife's infidelity discovered at beginning of June. You don't have anger issues, you have wife issues. And probably boundary setting issues.
