Dating apps are so much harder than real life because of the age filters. I find that younger women are much more open to older men irl than they are on the apps.

Late reply, but I wanted to add that I’m 48 and have most of my hair, which isn’t grey yet, and I’ve taken good care of my skin since my 20s. I’m also biracial, which could be why my hair and skin have aged well. I get mistaken for 28-38 all the time by various people, both young and old. The only issue is sometimes very young women (18-25) will mistake me for being substantially younger, and they’ll lose interest when they learn I’m over 35 or 40 or whatever.
