Toilet paper is available free in bathrooms because 100% of the population defecates 365 days of the year and 100% of the population requires it. Menstrual products are needed by half of the population who themselves need it for just 150-200 days of the year. It’s just part of the services and comes under the overall cost of running a business. It still follows the demand and supply of the customers. They just sugarcoat their words to seem like they care but they in theory they’re just another twox or thirdwave sub that openly talks about mens issues and dissect it into nothingness.
