Love the TL;DR I was once there - letting the things that come up over the course of the day at work be my excuse for not taking my full lunch break and spending it at the gym. Now, I just go to the gym when I want. Where it used to be me asking my manager "hey, can I pop out for an hour?" it's now me simply telling him "I'll be back in an hour." I'm sure this attitude change alone has helped me plenty in all things, but most importantly it's helped me stay on target and not let petty little thi…

It's your kid's teacher. Do you want to shit where he eats?

Sounds like you don't really know what you want. You say you want to spend your life with this woman and are feeling guilty that you hurt her - so I take this to mean you seek a monogamous relationship with her. Yet your actions of going out and cheating on her indicate that you may perhaps not be entirely honest with us or even yourself. Figure out what you want and move forward with that plan.

Self-awareness is a fundamental part of being a mature person, honestly. A lot of women are children, but then again there are plenty of men who are childish about criticism as well. It's best to surround yourself with people who are willing to grow into better versions of themselves day after day, regardless of their gender.

Women and their public shaming of their men. What a brilliant strategy - show that the man you are with is such a shit, because that will show how wonderful and desirable you are for ending up with such a shitty guy.

I think the point OP is trying to convey is valid and good. Or we can call him ugly and shame him. I guess.

While I agree with the thesis, the article begs the question in its presentation. That, in and of itself, made this a difficult read.

But why is this here?

Just because we like women and you like women does not mean we are the same. You are still a woman, and we are still men. Are you going to listen to advice like "go lift" or "work on self-improvement?" This sub really has nothing for you, and that's neither your fault nor ours.

We already give tax credits for dependents, why does it seem ludicrous that the fools who implemented that would suggest this? Does it seem ass backwards that people who create extra tax burdens get tax credits? Sure, but the fuck do you expect from this generation that worships political correctness and supports the entitlement state?

Same ol' shame tactics. Nothing to see here.

You should not have said "oh okay." Should have been more "yes or no, I don't do maybe" or something along those lines. And if it's a "no," you say "oh well, that's too bad." You need to make clear your time is valuable and you're not gonna be waiting for her to make up her mind. She either commits or she's done. Also, in dealing with rejection: remember when you were a kid and you scraped your knee and went crying to your dad? Remember what he said? "Man up and deal with it." The only thing tha…

When you're younger and you get friendzoned, you applaud your fellow men who have escaped it and gotten the girl. When you're older, have swallowed the redpill, you shake your head and wonder why these guys wait. They're like dogs, sitting patiently while their master runs off. Men don't wait. They take.

This is cute. He got angry and never did anything to change himself and address the internal problems. He was stupid. Now he's angry AND still stupid.

Read this somewhere: Women love men for their strength, but men love women for their weakness. Self-improvement is foreign to women because we, as men, do not put value on it in women. Women, on the other hand, want their man to be a winner (or more accurately, they want to find a winner to be their man) so self-improvement is the best way for a man to prove his worth to a woman. There is no fault in women for lacking the concept of self-improvement. This is simply the nature of the man/woman dy…

I challenge the notion that BP is natural. I also challenge the notion that RP is natural. Some of it is inherent, but most of it is taught. It should come as no surprise that boys who grew up with a strong father are more RP and boys raised by a single mother are more BP.

What he means is that women say all kinds of things but hardly ever do they mean what you hear. The words mean nothing - look towards their actions to understand what they're really trying to say.

Once you realize that being angry doesn't move you forward, you'll stop. I slowly transitioned over to the ideas represented here in TRP over the past few years but swallowed it hard after finding this community. Sure, the initial reaction is anger and disgust at how women play the game but eventually you'll realize that this is just their nature and you have to learn how to manage them. Look inward and address yourself first and foremost. Shut out the rest of the world and focus on self-improve…

Addendum: at least 70% of women hit the wall before settling down.

Dress professionally - if you're going to wear jeans, go with the business casual look and wear dark jeans only. Slacks are always nicer though, in my opinion. If nothing else, dressing well will boost your confidence in all things.

Forget the sidebar, show this kid the door. All his posts scream insecurity and zero self-awareness. He thinks he's got "game" but isn't willing to hear the brutal truths everybody is laying down here. His counter to everything is "but I'm attractive and it's works every time." Good for him; doesn't sound like he needs TRP much, does he?

Helps cause you're attractive? Sounds like you don't really need RP mentality then. Hope your boyish good looks can carry you from here til Kingdom come. Get the fuck out of here with your ego masturbation.

Nobody makes unicorns. Unicorns literally cannot exist. If you show weakness at any point, they will leave you like the rest. Nobody's special.

Same reason why men lose confidence around attractive women - don't be intimidated and you will not have a problem. It's as simple as that.

Half a paragraph in and I'm wondering "who cares?" Spinning this kind of logic has no other ends than self-justification. We've all done it before but some of us never do grow up and face the music.

It's fine to have empathy and emotions, but it is one thing to have that and another to let it rule you. Since men are naturally geared towards logic and reason, I believe the only thing missing is the conditioning. In this case, boys need to be taught how to think for themselves and of themselves first and foremost. How can you help anybody else in the world if you cannot help yourself?

Girls don't go in groups to protect themselves physically - they go in groups to protect their image. Nobody's gonna get slut-shamed if everybody's a slut.

Looking on the bright side, OP seems to grasp the factors that will be working against her down the road if she jumps ship. It's interesting - as an Asian man, I feel like lots of TRP is already ingrained in our traditional cultural values and her post continues to confirm that for me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
