Not at all...a very small percentage of babies are born with cleft palates. Cleft palates can threaten the health and well-being of the child if not corrected immediately. 100% of baby boys are born with foreskin. I think boys of that age tend to be a little more predisposed to violent behaviour like toy guns or pictures. Not saying it's a negative, and there's certainly an overreaction to it, but it's something I've observed. Anyway, after reading some responses, I can see the gender-issue angle. Like I've said before, this seems to be an issue of extrapolation. Yes, some teachers are sexist (I had my share in elementary too), but that's not what this article seems to be about. The teacher just sent him to the principal's office, which is just doing her job. It's an overreaction to a harmless drawing, but I just think it's a little far-fetched to call it a gender issue. Gender may be a part, after reading some responses, but I think there's a lot of other assumptions in play as well.
