Take 2 weeks off. Visit a poor war torn country and help the people there with what you can. Maybe this will help you appreciate what you have. It will also give you inner peace knowing that you're helping the unfortunate. No amount of BS therapy will fix your unhappiness.

It is in those moments that pathetic men cry and beg to retain their women--25% more than women, according to the studies that the OP is referring to.

You won't change anyone. Get that into your head. A passive person will not become assertive. An effeminate man will become masculine. And a man who lacks ambition will not become ambitious. Nobody is perfect. The things you love about him are probably causing the things you find annoying. He is probably a great listener and can connect with you emotionally and doesn't control you. That's probably because he is less testosterone driven which would make him more assertive and aggressive and ambit…

Make sure you appear really happy and giggly when you speak to him. And ask if he is still single. Hopefully he'll get the hint. Try to ignore the past and be in the moment when you're with him. Good luck.

Count your calories. You'll be surprised. I was slim all my life and despite training regularly I could not add muscle weight. After few months of trying, I then did a count of everything I eat in an average day. To my surprise, I found that I was not in a caloric surplus, and my proteins did not meet the minimum requirement to build muscle. So yeah, count your calories and your ratios. Good luck

I don't know his situation to fault him. He probably already works out and is physically strong and athletic. I am simply suggesting that he strive to become the best version of himself. This includes compensating for flaws. As for the OP, I do not fault her for how she feels about his height. Her feelings are beyond her control. She still loves him so asking her to replace him for a perfect man is a fantasy.

You clearly enjoy being in your feminine. I don't know if there's much you do to change that. It's probably who you are at the core. Most women feel better in that state. It's perfectly normal. We equate height with strength, power and leadership. These are masculine qualities that a woman looks up--literally and figuratively--to her man to get a sense of security. He can't change his height but he can compensate by developing other masculine traits. Going to the gym will develop his physical st…

Suggest he gets his testosterone levels tested. It seems clinically low from what you describe. He sounds depressed. He lacks energy and drive, has no mission and purpose in his life and has no libido. These are symptoms of low T. At his age, it should be high to the point of being horny every day.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
