No. The wealth redistribution known as child support does not need to be capped. It needs to end completely. And how you end it is to award equal shared physical and legal custody and access to the children as a default of law upon their birth, which removes child support entirely, because it's existence (and who pays who) is based on who has more access, so mandate equal access.
