3	How is this legal? Been to a private concert with my girl friend where she had to pay more because more women would go than men. I don't believe you, do you have proof of this? I would be very surprised to see this actually happens at places. 5	If a man and a woman both get drunk and have consented sex, according to US law have they raped each other? While this is not an answer to your question about laws specifically, here is a personal anecdote. When I was in college, they made any man pledging a fraternity take a 3 hour class on a sunday - this was mandatory and required by the university. One hour was don't drink too much, the other two hours were don't rape anyone. The public safety officer stood there and sad, in a very convoluted way, that if a woman is drunk she cannot consent, but if the man is drunk he should still know better.
