1	The crux of the problem is the abundance of choice that women have. How is the average determined? Most dating apps work soley off of swiping, so how is attractiveness determined? Assumptions are being made of what the "average" man and woman are. 1	The crux of the problem is the abundance of choice that women have. What kind of Bell Curve is this? Does it reflect the population of the region? I won't assume you're from the U.S., but the vast majority of studies involving dating apps are taken from U.S. populations. In the U.S., more than 2/3 of adults are overweight or obese, yet I'm confident that these women are nowhere near as conventionally attractive as the "average" woman most men are attracted to. A lot of men seem to think that the ultra-thin, yet also buxom, yet also curvy with a flat stomach kind of woman they see in porn/instagram/wherever is the "average" woman. There's so much talk about women only liking the top X% of men, but dudes are near always talking about the top X% of conventionally attractive women. The average woman, ESPECIALLY if you're in the U.S., isn't going to have a flat stomach and almost certainly isn't going to weigh under 150lbs.
