Like a, "hey I got caught up in a men's movement that taught me the wrong things and I didn't see it until after the damage was done". Getting forgiveness from the person you hurt can greatly improve your own guilt, but it takes owning up to it, being vulnerable, and feeling uncomfortable enough to take those steps.
