I got a nose job when I was 22, and it was a great decision! It made my face softer, not looking like a witch anymore ;) About the belpharo, the only advice I have is: wait until you have the money to get the BEST surgeon in your area. Don’t go cheap on surgery, especially on your face. If you have now, great! Regarding breast surgery, after having seen a few boob jobs on close friends, I wouldn’t advice that. They’re really weird to touch, scars can be big for certain type of procedures (especi…

Putting a copper IUD was one of the best decisions I made. Besides that it’s cheap, healthy, safe, and ecological, my temper is much more natural (following the cycle), and my sex drive is higher. And it’s less stressful than the pill, both for me and my man (no risk of forgetting to take the pill and ‘surprise baby’).

Find a good girl and have a baby. That’s the point of any animal specie : reproduction.

I used to have the same rule as most of my girl-friends : « Don’t let him fuck you before the 3rd date », if you want to become his girlfriend one day. If it’s just for a good fuck, there is no rule. Before the 3rd date it looks slutty, or at least this is was I’ve always been told. But keep in my that we create rules for the betas, and break them for the alphas ;)

Thank you for taking the time to answer. I’ve always known I was submissive... at least, let’s say at 14. And I can tell... it just ruined my teenage years. How can a teenage boy undertstand such desires? How could he handle it? During years I felt so lost... moreover with the « approved narrative » as you say, pushing us girls to study, be strong, be leaders, be independants. I could not talk to anyone about it. Then I grew up, being more and more dominant in life, led by society and medias to …

I was awaiting for that one!! Thank you Sir Vasiliy for this interview! I really like to read your views. If I may, I’d like to ask you two more questions : Have you always been into BDSM? Or is it sth you discovered later? Is it anyhow linked to your transformation from blue to red pill? Would you have any advice to give to a young woman? Let’s say, advice that you could have given to your daughter if you had one.. (on how to lead a happy life, in today’s world? How to interract with men,...). …

Growing. A minority of woman are openly feminists and the movement is hugely inflated by the media and some raging feminists active in politics. In June there was a major women strike in the main cities, and a lot of women participated. They were mainly asking for equal pay, and no more sexual harassment. In the end nothing really came out of this, but it still shows the tendency. The traditional model is still prevalent (SAHM or part-time working wife and husband working, for those who can affo…

That’s harsh no? She made efforts to become hotter, and you punish her because she has not always been like that? It’s like a woman discovered you used to be a cringy blue-pilled boy, and leave you even though you’re now a strong alpha male... to me it feels not right. You could have only warned her that you would leave her in case she got fat again, but preventive punishment seems counterproductive. Even though you were eventually right...

Stay mysterious with what you do. Tell ONS/plates that you can’t talk about your job/activities because it’s confidential, they’ll hamster enough to believe you work for the CIA or that you are a spy or whatever. Mystery attracts women. As long as you are good looking (lift!) and hold frame, you’ll be fine. For a LTR, you just need to find one that is as nerd as you...

TBH, on one side, feminism brought us a lot in the last decades : right to vote / to open a bank account / etc, equal pay, contraception, protection against violent men, recognition of rape/abuse,... I could name hundreds of benefits. But on the other side, we’ve lost a lot : we exchanged the SAHM-job (stay-at-home-mother) for a stressful job in a enterprise, we used to submit to our husbands, now we submit to a boss at workplace, and worst, men and women don’t know anymore what their role shoul…

It totally relates to my own story : when I met my SO (I was 23, him 28), he was known to be a ‘slut-man’ as you said, fucked many girls, holding big parties at his place,... his flat was called « La Garçonnière » (which in french means sth like « the bachelor flat »). A day I was preparing breakfast at the beginning of our relationship, a woman came at the door, she was crying so much, it was (one of) his ex begging him to come back. I even received facebook messages of random people telling me…

I think we all agree on the substance, it’s only a way of presenting it. If you allow me, I have a question : You say « Chad will commit to a woman with enough game ». We often read « unicorns are not born, they’re made », meaning that a man can choose an imperfect woman and shape her into his will, since women are quite manipulable. But is it valid in the other direction? Could a women change a Chad into an Alan (a commitment-ready strong alpha)? Or a Billy into an Alan? Is there anything else …

I might be wrong, but IMO this new character was a way to say to those who wish to preserve themselves for Alan : « Hey girls, we all know Chad, his game is kinda obvious, but be careful not to be fooled by Dylan either », so these girls won’t waste their value for that kind of guy. Most girls here want the same thing : a strong man that will marry them, give them children and make them feel safe (physically, emotionally, financially,...). I think that’s the common understanding of « good man » …

That’s right for a woman at 18, but less and less as she approaches the Wall. The question was covered by Rollo here : https://www.google.ch/amp/s/therationalmale.com/2019/05/21/choose-wisely/amp/ « Women don’t readily recognize potential in men. In fact most of them are piss poor at it. This is because they’ve been socially conditioned to focus more on themselves (and exacerbated by their innate solipsism) than be concerned with making a good assessment of men’s potential for future success. Outside of social/religious pressure and strong beliefs, I think some women are just more visionary than others. As with the stock market, some are able to predict whether a man's SMV will rise, fall or stagnate. Smart women are also able to take into account their own SMV (age, weight, career,...). Depending on the expected fluctuations in these two factors, they will decide whether or not to invest. For example, in my situation: I (28 y.o) am dating a doctor (33 y.o) at the beginning of his ca…

Hypergamy is in our nature, LTR material or not. Any woman will swing branch if her man becomes a cringy beta looser and she meets a better option. I’m not defending anything, I’m just saying that AWALT.

She’s lying to her beta boyfriend, doesn’t mean she’ll be lying to a strong alpha. She’s just branch swinging, AWALT, it doesn’t mean she’s not FWB/LTR material.

I agree with your points. I would add that the main one to me are the following : - we tend to invest a lot emotionnally in a relationship, we quickly imagine a future with our loved one, we make plans in our head (can you imagine the number of wedding / house / baby rooms pictures we save on Pinterest?), etc so the breakups are hard to take, because we have to say good bye not only to the present, but also to the future we had imagined. - we tend to make our partner the center of our world, see…

Normal vagina pH is between 3.8 and 4.5 (when 7 is neutral), it means that it’s always acid. I’m totally healthy if that is your concern. Most of my girl friends have the same thought, they don’t like their own fluid. The pH of the sperm is between 7.2 and 7.8, which is slightly alkaline. (My man is a doctor btw)

At about 30 you will hit the wall. I wouldn’t wait. Good men are able to see beyond details. I had a rhinoplasty in 2012. At that time I was at university, and 9/10 of my friends did not even notice when I came back from « holidays ». It will make a big change for you, not for the others.

[I met my king 5 years ago on Tinder, and two of my best friends were active on the app in the last few months, I watched them swiping a lot. I’m from western Europe.] For what it’s worth, here is my input. I agree with most parts of what you said, but : Bios : I used to read them EVERY time before swiping right on a guy. #1 if the pictures were great, but I didn’t like sth in the bio, I’d swipe left (for exemple, a smoker is a no-go, dumb quotes and spelling mistakes as well). I’m trying my best to understand men and women nature and relationships dynamics; I use what I know to show my girl friends how feminisim is harmful for our society and help my male friends not to be fucked up by shitty women by sharing some of my little knowledge. This is sick... Even as a TRP-aware woman I am still getting shocked by that kind of attitude. The craziest part is that men that think « ok, let’s give it a try » do exist... It’s been a while I haven’t been on the dating market, but feel like it’s different in Western Europe. It can’t be that bad, can it?

You’re right. But I see TRP as a recipe. If someone gives me a « fabulous raspberry and dark chocolate dessert » recipe, I will probably read it, apply it, see the result. Then I’ll do it again, but this time I’ll change some quantities, remove or add some ingredients. Why? Because I’m a good cook and I know how to adapt a recipe to make it better. Sometimes I will even change the recipe before doing it for the first time. But if you are a newbie in cooking, maybe it’s better you apply it by the…

Golf is a high status hobby, since it’s pretty expensive... for example a golf picture on Tinder is a indicator of possible high status. Moreover it gives you the opportunity to meet interesting people like any other club (wine club, yacht club,...). Better golf than video games anyway.

When I was on Tinder, if the guy didn’t open the conversation himself, I used to react to one of his picture or sth in his bio. Like if there is a picture of him surfing, I’d ask where it was, say that I tried once in Hawaii but badly cut my foot on corals so never tried again, ask if he’s good at it, blablabla Unless she only has selfies, I think that’s the easiest way, and it’s more personal then throwing a line that everybody use because they asked Google what to say.

The mix one made me laugh. Whatever if you tell a girl at the beginning or not, she will know it sooner or later. My man is a doctor too, and of course we have plenty of doctors friends, some single. Some of them have already asked the same question. What are the options : - the girl you meet will probably be a ONS : tell her, she’ll just suck you harder. - the girl is a potential FWB/LTR : you can maintain a bit of mystery, but I wouldn’t lie. Have you ever considered spanking (domestic discipline) as a solution? I know it doesn’t suit everyone, but you and your husband could give it a try. Whenever he considers that you misbehaved, he gives you a good spanking. I know it hurts, but it will hurt less than seeing the disappointment in his eyes. Use that pain to let your anger fly away. When I begin to cry because of pain, I really feel that I « let go » and that I surrender. Another advice I could give you is to think every day : « wha…

Lol. Vitamine D is in FOOD not sun (mostly cod liver oil, fat fishs, cheese, eggs,... or you can also find food supplements with Vitamine D), but your body needs the action of the sun to assimilate it. Absolutely true. I’d just add that, although MAWAD, it doesn’t mean that ones are happier than the others. There’s no point in wanting to be on the other side. I agree. Women (also) cheat purely because of sex. When you are in an LTR, you quickly lose that « flirty » relationship you had at the beginning. And sometimes we want this again. Seducing, being seduced, flirting, being pounded like hell. Change, adventure, excitement. A women think about it times to times. Totally true, though most of my peers will never admit it. Unfortunately it is not always financially possible to rely only on one job...

It does. That’s why I think a copper IUD is the best option. It’s as safe as the pill, no hormones (so no side effects such as water retention and low sexual drive), no chance to forget it, and most men ‘feel’ them, so they would probably notice it if their girlfriend removes it (no baby surprise). And on top of that, it’s cheap and eco-friendly. The only bad side effect is that I get bitchy/crazy/stressed out when I get my period, my boyfriend says I’m a bit harder to deal with than usual. But …

This spring, one of our best friend found out he had colon cancer. He had been into a 5 year LTR. He got surgery and beginned a 6 months chemotherapy. As soon as the 6 months were over and that his last examination showed he had beaten cancer, she dumped him, serving him with shitty excuses (not doing enough chores, talking bad to her, no more passion,...). We learned a week later that she had been cheating on him during his chemo and that she was moving in with the new guy. Unconsciously, she m…

Do you know what kind of porn he is watching? Usual stuff, or is there anything different like threesome, domination/submission, dirty talk, anal, roleplay,..? maybe if you knew what turns him on you could use it to your advantage.

I think, you might misinterpret TRP on the male side. TRP a sexual strategy, it means that their first objective is getting laid. Maybe you should ask them directly « as a TRP man, would you accept to wait months/years and marry a girl before having the right to have sex with her? », but I think I know the answer. Keep in mind that there is still quite a big gap between TRP women’s and TRP men’s philosophy. We here are closer to women from the 50s. We want to be ‘respectable’ woman, knowing how …

My King is alpha and has always been like that. I’ve always seeked an alpha male, without really knowing it. I mostly dated assholes. To many, I was only a toy, because I truly wanted to please them and make anything they wanted. I was craving for a leader, someone who would firmly guide me in life, being both dominant and protective. I took me years before I found him. I met him in 2014. We’ve been together for 4.5 years now. We plan to marry and have kids in a few years. I’m 27 and he’s 32 (he…

I’d also love to read you about this, so I could hand it to some male friends struggling with their girlfriends. I read once an article on « how to tame your girlfriend » that was pretty good, but I can’t remember where. It was pretty useful (and funny) though.

Love the last bold paragraph, it’s awesome. I agree with most of what you say, but I must say : being attractive, making a man love us, is not as effortless as you say. It’s true that we may not have to build a career, lift 1:30 hour every day, and so on. But we don’t count the hours of pain for hair removal (and laser hurts as hell), the skincare routine we have to follow every fucking day so we don’t age too fast, the number of times we eat a salad while you are devouring a huge pizza, the eff…

Why no try to talk to him? Explain it to him as you explain it to us : that you understand perfectly their needs and eager to decorate the house, but that you would prefer to discuss most of purchases together as a family. Especially if you are a couple living according to TRP principles or at least according to traditional values, he should understand that the house is « your place », that you are going to be the one who will clean it, who will take care of it, who will be responsible of making…

Intermittent fasting. Begin with a simple rule : you can eat whatever you want between 12am and 10pm. It’s a 14:10 fast frame. It means that in the morning when you wake up, you don’t eat nor drink any calorie before 12am. You can have water, unsweetened coffee and tea, but no food, no milk, no soda, etc. Same after 10pm. Maybe you already skip breakfast so it shouldn’t be too hard. Then at 12am, break your fast with something that contains fats and proteins (meat, avocado, nuts,...). Try to avo…

As I said on another post : Are you good at pool (billiard)? If yes, it’s a great place to take a girl on a first date, because you can show off some skills, it’s a masculine art, you will be in action, you have a perfect reason to touch her (help her hold the cue,...), you can tease her about her poor skills, she will ask for advice, you will have the lead, and the cherry-on-the-top : you can check her ass anytime she bend over. If no, take her to any place where you are comfortable, the best w…

I’d say sth like « Ok, tell when me when it’s done. When I get back we will have a small discussion about this ». Period. If she’s not stupid she will understand that you are not happy and that she will have to explain herself. Try not to talk to her before she tells you it’s done. Then when she confirms, ask her to come to your office, when she arrives, you can do the « Close the door ». Silence. « So? ». She will apologize. I don’t see how she couldn’t. Then I suggest you explain her that you …

Totally. I re-thought about it, and I think billiard/pool, if you’re good at it, is a killer place to take a girl on a first date, because you can show off some skills, it’s a masculine art, you will be in action, you have a perfect reason to touch her (help her hold the cue,...), you can tease her about her poor skills, she will ask for advice, you will have the lead, and the cherry-on-the-top : you can check her ass anytime she bend over.

Men mastering Krav Maga are serious killers, and that’s damn sexy ;-) But I suppose any other martial art or combat sport would increase your SMV.

Do you know Asos? I don’t know if it’s common in the US, but here in Europe it’s well known. They have a huge choice of clothes, shoes, underwear, loungewear, sportswear, accessories, beauty stuff,... for both men and woman. I do most of my shopping on this website ;-) Asos US And they have a « petite » collection (for women under 5ft3), which might fit you! They also have Curve, Tall, and Maternity collections.

You could take her somewhere you are comfortable with, and where she isn’t. For example I met my SO on Tinder, and on the first date, he took me to a luxury hotel bar terrace. He was used to luxury places, but I wasn’t, so he naturally took the lead, like when we entered in the hotel, he placed his hand in my lower back to guide me to the terrace. He showed he was familar with this place by telling me which cocktails were the best ones, greating the waiter, and so on. It was in April and it was …

We should ask the males out there... the girl you’re talking about could probably switch the power game if she wanted to. I’m quite new to TRP, but I typically see in this situation a limit of TRP theory... the girl is doing all right, but she doesn’t get any reward for doing so. Is there any solution to this situation?

Next time tell her ‘no’. Women are like children. If a child says : « I want to put blue paint on the wall », would you answer « Blue is for sea-side houses, but do what you want »? Probably not.

Are you sure about why she refused? Was it anything special you asked for? You know girls can also sometimes have feminine issues, which could have make her uncomfortable having sex (vagina irritation, itching...) that could explain why she refused sex, or blowjob (aphta or sth). She may have not wanted to talk to you about it, especially as your relationship is still quite new. These may be wrong assumptions, but I think it would be smart to make sure if she may not have had a good reason. Her …

I could say so much about clothes and shoes :-) But I’ll just focus on one item today : midi skirts. It’s an absolute must have. I found them just soooo fashionable! There are plenty kinds of them (colors, plain or printed, made of tulle, silk, jeans, leather, coton,...) and so many ways of wearing them, depending on the look you want to achieve, from a very lady-like style (blue pleated midi skirt, long sleeved white blouse, short navy blazer jacket, nude ballerinas) to a sexy/rock (but yet res…

I once told Him that I did not like his gift... it was a very expensive handbag, but I was not a huge fan of it... I was a bit upset because I had showed Him the one I wanted (a cheaper one), but He chose another one. I tried to sound as polite and sweet as I could, but it totally broke his heart and He was sad for days... I promised to myself I would never say that again. Now I try to give Him hints, but if He doesn’t catch it, no problem. I’ll thank Him warmly whatever the gift and show Him ho…

Ask him to help you correct that misbehavior. Sometimes only by telling you « Think about what you just said. You are acting like a child ». You can also push the game a little further and ask him to spank you when you misbehave. It could help you keep in mind that when you act like a child you get treated like one ;-)

I agree with the comments above : lies are unacceptable in a relationship. But now you have two options : Either you feel like he did it for ‘good’ reasons (wanting to protect you and your relationship, or maybe because he knew you you would overreact): - forgive him - tell him you will accept no more lies and that trust is a prerequisite of your relationship - never come back on that again (I believe that forgiveness is not sth you can take back). Either you think he did it for bad reasons : le…

How long have you been together? I hope I’m wrong, but I think it’s dead. You have accepted the fact that you are the kind of woman that wants to follow a leader, be feminine or even submissive. It’s already such a great achievement to be able to accept this, although it’s completely against what the society/media say. You made a second great achievement by taking actions to reach your goal relationship (being feminine by taking care of your appearance and so on). But what you are missing is tha…
