Honestly i think thats okay. Idt that really a big problem, i would just really focus on the leisure time you do spend with women. Try and make it a really fulfilling experience. Break into new patterns of seduction etc. If you really want to be gaming non-stop and have an issue getting out of your head in these instances, then i would try meditation, which is really just brain training.
