A lot of towns have something touristy you can do, which many of the locals haven't bothered doing yet. Google "wiki travel" and then your city name, and you might find some ideas on some places to go. –	A Practical Guide to Gaining Confidence Around Women In latin america, just everybody with a smart phone uses WhatsApp. The emoji's alone make it a much better messaging app in my opinion. Facebook messenger might be another alternative, I don't use facebook. Are you not able to get their number on whatsapp through Tinder? Are you having trouble planning a date and/or asking them out on whatsapp?
