If you dont do that you are just letting a rapist walk. Thats worse. But Im sorry, your social justice doesnt work in a court of law. You need proof. It sucks that the person is in that situation yes, but it can still be proved. If you cant bother to take the time to prove it, dont go and call people rapists without being able to prove it or you're just not helping the problem.
