This buying remorse and much more is easily explained in "The way of the superior man" by david deida. The reality is, its not "fuck theory and just execute". Its always about keeping a healthy balance. Without theory you are just reinventing the wheel i.e. figuring it out yourselves and wasting years - which is dumb.
