I was raised as a genius. The one you say he can do everything. But i understood this isnt what i have been told when i failed. Miserably. The failure that makes you a man, cause in the most "important" exams of my life i failed. Then i discovered trp and oh boy did i learn that was wrong thinking. tbh dude start with finding the fault in your life(depression,etc). Then find the little things that can give you an edge like signing up to a gym. Stop implying to your mother that you subconsiouncly need help. As long as you at TRP you know the meaning behind this. Depression is no joke but you have to find ways to cultivate yourself and become a better you, the one YOU really want to be
