If You’re Worried About Other People Seeing you Hit on Girls…I’m still just starting at the whole ‘talking to girls’ thing, so I don’t have any real accomplishments or advice. But I’ll say this: I’m shocked at the number of dudes who have approached me after I get rejected by chicks just to tell me about how big my balls are or how good a job I did. People have bought me drinks. It’s honestly wild - just by shooting your shot you do a heck of a lot better then a heck of a lot of people. It’s a great confidence boost after the sting of rejection. | /r/seduction | 29/05/21 06:25 AM
Went out for the first time. Failed hard and feeling shitty, could use adviceYou aren't upset because the girls rejected you, you're upset at yourself for not being bold and for not doing anything about it Dang. I guess you're right. I guess I'll have to keep trying. Thanks, man. | /r/seduction | 18/05/21 02:35 PM
Went out for the first time. Failed hard and feeling shitty, could use adviceThat's a better way to look at it I suppose. Thanks! | /r/seduction | 18/05/21 02:33 PM
Went out for the first time. Failed hard and feeling shitty, could use adviceI love going out and being in a social environment. It's a great vibe out there, I just can't bring myself to take action most times. I hope someday I'll talk to somebody who likes me, I feel like if I could just get one semi-succesful interaction under my belt I'd have more confidence. | /r/seduction | 17/05/21 11:04 PM
Went out for the first time. Failed hard and feeling shitty, could use adviceThanks man. I guess I just need to keep trying until something works. What a bummer of a concept thinking about how I have to endure all this pain before a break ever comes. | /r/seduction | 17/05/21 11:01 PM
Went out for the first time. Failed hard and feeling shitty, could use adviceI just wish I had more common interests with people, I'm always feeling like an outsider unfortunately. Thanks for the comment. | /r/seduction | 17/05/21 10:58 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help?Yeah your mileage may vary depending on the school. Mine is pretty small and mostly local students so it just boils down to a bad time. If you’re moving out of state or at least out of town you’ll probably end up having a better time. Are you just taking the semester off? That’s what I’m doing, seems like the best bet for me considering how watered down the education is gonna be. But you’re right, there were some grade-a weirdos around campus, and that’s coming from me. Nobody seemed to want to … | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 10:10 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help?I think it's hard for people who haven't gone to CC to comprehend what a colossal fucking drag it is. Those were two years that had the potential to be formative but ended up being just so bad. Then when you go to a real college, everybody in your year already knows each other (at least in a smaller school like mine), and isolationist cliches formed long before you even arrived. People are generally just trying to make the best of the time they have left with the friends they already have, not n… | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 07:48 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help?Sounds like you really turned your situation around, that's really admirable. As for my strengths, I unfortunately have a deeply-ingrained complex that prohibits me from having positive opinions about myself. Not to fall back on the Catholicism excuse but it's totally the Catholicism. I wish I was ballsy enough to really commit to bettering myself, but as man sows, so to shall he reap, and I guess I've sown seeds of insecurity. Thanks so much for in depth reply, I really appreciate you putting y… | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 07:38 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help?Well that boosted my self esteem a little, thanks. I definitely feel like covid's got me in more of a rut than I would be otherwise. As for the therapy I'd love to but there are insurance complications. It's a real drag of a situation but I'll find a way to manage. I'll consider all your exceptions except the opera, I feel like I've got a good 40 years before I'm that starved for culture (: Thank for reading and replying, please know that I genuinely appreciate it. | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 07:26 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help? Thanks, man. It's hard to find people to talk to. For the first time in my life I feel a genuine drive to socially self-improve and it during a pandemic. I know it's different across the country but where I am people are still super paranoid. I've gotten dirty looks just for saying howdy on the bike trail. Kind of absurd. It's always been my not-so-secret dream to play guitar in a gigging band. Maybe when the rona rolls over. I don't know, it's hard to get this one off my mind. I really just don… | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 07:18 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help?A hidden gem if you ask me Stop, you're making me blush. But seriously, thank you for reading and replying. Lots of times I've been in a conversation and thought about bringing up something I've read but I don't, specifically because I'm afraid people will think that I think I'm better than them. It's not like that at all, I genuinely want to share cool thing I've read but it's rarely perceived that way. A dude shut me down once and called me pretentious and I suppose I'm just disheartened by th… | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 06:59 PM
Is it possible to be beyond help? It's not that I'm unique per se, just demonstrably worse that the average socially normal person. Unfortunately, for a number of reasons out of my control and too complicated to explain, therapy in not an option right now. I do admit that it would be nice. Thanks for taking the time to reply. | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 08:57 AM
Is it possible to be beyond help? What I mean by "too far behind" is that I have far less social experience than the average person born in the same year as me. Even if I started now - and I can't, anyway, because of the pandemic - I would literally never be on equal footing with my peers, much less in a position where I can compete. What kind of person would want to hang out with somebody like that? And as if it needs to be said, what kind of woman would even want to have a conversation with somebody like that? Thanks for the r… | /r/seduction | 12/08/20 08:54 AM
