A great body is a sign of health, discipline and high standards. All of them attractive qualities.

I believe you need to work on yourself first champ. Do things, forget about women. Improve your life and social circle. Go to the gym. Get a side hustle. Change your outfit. Buy good fragrances. Read! Keep reading. Feel comfortable starting conversations with random people. Not just women you are interested in. Can be a guy, an old lady. That confidence will show. Wish you the best!!

Not only would it be considered fat-shaming, degrading to women, and not politically correct today, but the average American woman is probably just as fat and unattractive as the woman that was part of the joke in the show. This. There’s an agenda for normalization of bad habits in women. “You’re fat, but love yourself. It doesn’t matter what people think. You’re beautiful just the way you are” And I’m not trying to say they should be sad, but they must recognize that obesity is a problem and ca…

I believe trying to avoid the conflict should be the first move. But you have to be aware of the point of not return and be prepared to act in consequence.

One of Chad’s main traits is confidence. You need confidence or being in the confidence development process to be willing to enter an MMA or boxing gym and get your a** kicked.

I’m an athletic dude but don’t see myself as the most in shape dude in the room. But I can’t argue against this. I notice when a guy in shape enters a room.

WATCH this and listen how this grown man says he is embarrassed because he was not able to protect his dad. He totally freaked out.

I don’t consider myself a point of reference to give you any advise. But in my opinion you are doing well looking for improvement in the areas of frame and situational awareness. Those traits are as important as knowing how to fight. Even more in the situations that a fight can be avoided. I’m sure that in this sub you will find lots of material about those subject. If any of you guys knows something, please feel free to share.

I really don’t see any conflict. I do both. First lifting then boxing. Don’t know if it’s the right order but I do it anyway.

You mean like this Like I said, even if you are stoic, short minded douche bags are going to find your indifference offensive and will escalate the aggression. I’ve seen this many times.

That size would definitely give you leverage. People will think it twice before starting a physical confrontation with you, which might bring the problem of them to feel the need to use “tools” to balance things. But I’m glad you never been in a fight. Hope it stays like that.

Let’s not see things black or white. Learning about personal defense should be complemented with maintaining frame, situational awareness and even stoicism. Let’s not use the last three as an excuse to not learn about the first one. Like I said before, learn how to fight and expect not to use it. Know when to use it. Know when to use physical confrontation and when to escalate to a more lethal options. Believe me, you don’t want to be the confident guy that maintains his frame and got his a** ki…

I’m 33 and I can’t remember the last time that I had to use violence. Fortunately. Still, I’d hate that moment to arrive and catch me unprepared.

Situational awareness is equally important. Completely agree.

Body language is different indeed, but believe me, there are short minded people that take your not aggressive frame as submission and use it to escalate the aggression.

Yesterday I saw a video of an altercation where two cars where about to crash and the guy that almost provoked the accident went crazy and put a beating to a 23 y/o boy and his mid-50’s dad. The dad was knocked out cold. No guns were pulled and two mens got totally destroyed by a single dude. Watch it here Link

Completely understand your point. Although I maintain my argument, can’t argue against yours.

This. Let’s forget for a moment about life and death situations. I understand the fears to the consequences if a situation escalates too far, but even if you’re trying to avoid conflict, you will project different frames when you do it from a place of strength and from a place of weakness.

You can take stoicism and frame to the next level when you have the tools to fight back in case of someone crosses the line. If you don’t, it will look like fake frame when someone puts a beating on you. I do agree those two traits are as important as protection. But I would be careful with the stoicism part. I’ve seen aggressive people that confusing the stoicism with submission, puts them in an aggressive rush that would definitely escalate into physical aggression.

This makes a lot of sense They sold their souls to marxism which isn’t because they believe in it but because it maximizes power for the elite. Interesting..🤔

I cannot imagine how much this hurt. But after the pain you realize that you dodged a bullet there. That pro bball player will be dumped for a higher value player OR she will be dumped for a hotter one. For guys like you and me it only means time to work on our purpose. I’m a romantic in my heart, and it sucks that social dynamics is so fvcked that most of the time you have to shut your mouth to avoid being taken for granted.

Depends. For close encounters without a doubt La Nuit De L'homme by YSL. Never fails. For the club? Paco Rabanne 1 Million Privé or Jean Paul Gautier Ultra Male. Armani Code Absolu is great too. If you want to spend a few more bucks, try Layton by Parfums de Marly.

I can confirm this is one of the best advices for the shy and introverts. I was. Can't remember where I heard about it but the guy talked about saying hello to everybody and starting short conversations. I did that and it literally changed my life. Old people, young people, same sex and opposite sex. Just remove the sexual/seduction script and feel comfortable starting a conversation. This post is one that must be saved. Believe me guys.

Greeat.... that's how you do it. Anxiety is your mind pulling you out of what he thinks it's a dangerous situation. As you can see, it's not. Keep it going.

How was your childhood? And I really mean this question for the fact that I saw domestic violence my entire chidhood and I discovered being an adult that I can't not maintain attachments or feelings in a long term with anybody. I've been in great relationships were I was "the love of her life", "she never felt like this before" kind of relationshops. Suddenly I stop feeling something for that person. Without a reason. I visited a professional and told me that the things I lived make me incapable…

Keep working man. Your sincerity and the way you recognize your flaws and avoid blaming others is admirable. Allow me to recommend you this audio which helped me in a different aspect of my life but I believe the principle applies to every aspect. https://youtu.be/iO6XEMMFNOc Thank you for sharing your story.
