Yeah focus on yourself for sure! Not solely in a moneybags way but in a discovering compassion for yourself and others way. You ( and people your age) are not ruined by life experience or worth only your income. Modern dating does have it's difficulties, but it's better than per se being married young to someone you don't love & You're forced to have children and deal with. This way at least it's someone who genuinely wants to be with you. Also note a thing about love is that it's not finite. Yo…

I have noticed guys are ashamed of virginity. It's not a race or a game. They and OP haven't been in love which I would imagine they should prioritize over getting laid seeing as it is much more significant than the other. It is also much more challenging. Redpill is not about finding love. It is about getting a man's needs met with rules like don't date girls over 24,(because they have less life experience and are usually more malleable. They imply this physically by not with having a tighter v…

I do agree with you but what marriage does provide legal and medical security for your loved one. 1 can't testify against eachother in court 2 god forbid you die without a will, they will be in charge of your assets 3if you are sick they are able to help make medical choices for you in your best interest and help manage your affairs. Companionship isn’t a piece of paper, sharing a last name, and a shiny rock I couldn't agree with you more. Especially on the rock part, however in the eyes of the …

Really? So children are not a 'gain'? Companionship not a gain? You may or may not have financial gain, but aren't somethings (people/relationships/trust/life experience) worth more than money? Failure is a painful life lesson. Divorce is devastating for all parties involved. Children foremost.

Thank you. Forgiving myself is the hardest part. Im ashamed of my behavior in hindsight. Do you have a link supporting the theory we are socialized to be 'nice girls?'

No i'm trying to raise my son with a healthy respect for women. I'm just trying to make sense of the whole situation. You're right about everything. I just dont understand why i endured it to this point. Lack of self esteem? Confidence? Self respect? It was basically a friends with with benefits only we werent friends and no benefit to me, but i had to have gotten something out of. Am i that desperate for male attention? I get hit on often 'enough' i guess but very rarely do i 'click' with someo…
