I believe what i said was (emphasis added) IF you married an ice queen, that's your fault. I don't know nor care if she is or isn't. My point was it shouldn't be difficult to get your girl really interested in fucking you in a variety of ways. If it is, if you're jumping through hoops and writing instruction manuals, then something is wrong and imo it isn't her. As for substance, what exactly did you write here that isn't a rehashing of the very basic steps of Athols, Rose's, or Dieda's work? If…

From following your OYS, your biggest weakness is your girl knows exactly what to say to set you off, and you engage even when you see it coming. Not picking on you, just an objective perspective.

I was going to add a lengthy reply about my similar experience, but I'm short on time tonight and you've hit most of the high points. The biggest takeaway here is zero debt. That's what enabled me to say "Fuck You" to a stable $100k+ US job and go out on my own. That's what keeps me mobile, allows me to take 6-8 months off at a time, and allows me to risk large chunks of my liquidity on high risk / high reward hustles. If I have to, I can feed/house/clothe a family of four by working at Walmart.…

Late getting back to this. Traveling for work and in the interim someone got triggered and I got a timeout. All good. Here's the meat of it-. You made a three part essay on how to coddle, cajole, and empower your girl to dress up and fuck you. That should be the bare minimum level of acceptable behavior for a LTR. Of the 5 things I'm expecting in a LTR, steady adventurous sex is items 1, 2, and 3. 4 is emotional support- yes I'm the oak but it's damned nice to have my own personal cheerleader. 5…

Somehow I knew you would be a first responder. I'm reading replies thinking "what the fuck" and the you add in my response. I got two BJ's today (shark week started this am and I am not Moses), both awesome, and she responded with I'm sorry they weren't better. If you are in the right frame the Victoria's Secret is a sad setpoint. It gets so much better than that bullshit. The fact that this is an "endorsed post" is fucking pathetic.

2 months ago you were "4 months in and committed to 7-9 more months of self improvement". 15 year LTR. You sound butthurt that she hasn't come around to seeing how awesome you are. You haven't given her any time. She didn't deserve the shitty old you, and she stuck around anyway. Now new awesome you is impatient and thinking you deserve better. At your stage she doesn't believe you're awesome yet, she's probably just starting to consider the possibility that you aren't a fucking loser anymore.

In my part of the world the guys who use the term "old lady" are likely to use it and SWMBO, The Admiral, The Missus, etc interchangeably as a nod to her authority. Also likely to use the phrase "happy wife, happy life." Maybe it's not a universal sign, but I picked up on it as well. Highly likely to be a severe lack of frame situation.

The same guys that lead with " I used to be alpha" or list a turning point where "then I lost frame" are almost always the same guys who go overboard with ego protection, providing DEER responses to every single comment in their post. The pattern is always indicative of guys who aren't ready. Maybe they trickle back in 6 months later after her affair or ILYBINILWY speech, but usually their ego is so large and fragile they can't commit to the hard work.

Congrats on an epic level victim puke OYS. Guys will usually read your first one. After that keep it concise if you want responses. Skip the home gym idea for now. If you have 2 other nearby sources for lifting (free weights, machines don't count) you have no need for a home gym. Getting out of the house to work out will help you get your head right, keep you from being interrupted, and help stave off fuckarounditis. Turn your phone off and concentrate on you. In depth documentary vs 120 minutes of prepackaged, easily digested entertainment fluff. I choose the former every time. Empire of the Summer Moon is similar. Fantastic read, would have to be butchered to make it appealing on the silver screen.

You mean you barely scratched the surface of the sidebar, grasped at the simplest, easiest to digest recommendation, and saw a flicker of positive results? No, no one else can relate. All those tools in the toolbox are just intellectual masturbation, there's no history of results. Get to work, you have no idea how far you can go. I sincerely hope you look back on this post in a year and laugh.

I am an island. Perhaps I started as a peninsula but along the way everyone who "had my back" failed me. Now it's disposable friendships and power plays- what can you do for me? I sleep well. TL;DR - speak for yourself Nancy.

I love the " I sprinkled rp concepts because I haven't needed to do more" attitude. Wake the fuck up beta Bob, RP concepts are the way males and females interact. It's not a lifestyle, it's a factual analysis of human history. Get on board or GTFO

What's with this recent influx of "stay together for the kids" mentality? It's been a recurring theme in the past few weeks. Do these guys really think kids aren't smart enough to notice when two adults don't get along? My parents went that route- thoroughly disgusted with each other yet stayed together "for the kids". I would have much rather had two functional adult divorced parents than two bickering spiteful still-married parents. BP affair and nice guy blowups on his side, public super bitc…

Be careful with assumptions. If one reads and filters without any social or religious binders, the majority of the info here points to alpha traits getting the panties wet, and sprinkling in just enough beta comfort/provider traits to keep the LTR going is an ideal situation. Problem is most of the newbs are coming from a place of 100% beta and are trying to sprinkle a little alpha on top to meet their objective of a baseline level of respect plus semi-regular sex. Purple RedC refuses to use all…

Modern Christianity IS the current day interpretation of the bible- who gives a fuck what was originally written, the modern spin is the one adhered to. Same with the US Constitution. Intent is irrelevant, interpretation rules. "Blue Pill Pastors", being in the majority, DO speak for modern Christianity. Hamster all you want, the majority gets the spotlight. Regarding multiple wives, why isn't that on the table for you? You state it's all good by god, yet refuse to consider that as an option in …

Marriage (or any serious LTR) requires the addition of some comfort and commitment actions in addition to the alpha traits of a RP short term relationship or ons. A mixture of both is not purple or blue unless beta traits start to take priority over the alpha . And yes, playing validation games with your wife is a problem from a red perspective. My version of MRP is one side open with a wife who is happy to follow wherever I lead. The OP's post is cringe-worthy in my situation. You do yours howe…

OP is holding more cards then he is aware, he just lacks the backbone to play his hand. Synopsis for half the guys that stumble in here. At 40 with half decent career and fitness stats, and most importantly solid frame, 30 could be the not-to-exceed age for new wife prospects.

My desire to fuck many women and her desire to fuck men who make her feel horny some of the time and "provided for" at others, does not coalesce naturally into a permanent union of "one man, one woman." Neither does the Old Testament, what with the multiple wives, concubines, and all.

I was raised Christian, and have been a part of many different denominations thereof earlier in my life. The majority of my family members are still devout. I've seen no evidence that "the vast majority" of Christians are embracing evolution. Perhaps I've only lived in the backwaters of the USA, but "god spoke and we just appeared" is alive and well in many parts of the country. In fact, I'm on a business trip that takes me near a very well reviewed (and seemingly popular, with claimed hundreds …

When viewing desktop site on mobile, his flair doesn't stand out. Plain text on gray background only a few shades off from the page background coupled with small text size is easy for me to miss. Especially when most of the other flairs are bright red.

Look mommy, I'm attractive! Look mommy, I measure up!" Instead trying to follow this complex game plan to prove your value to your wife, how about you just get your shit together and implement your personal awesome life plan (maybe call it a MAP or something). She can get on board or GTFO, either way is fine because you're a man with options. This post feels very purple to me.

Faking it doesn't work in a LTR. You're copying the play book from here and running out on the field hoping for success, and you haven't practiced enough to keep from being blown out by your opponent. She doesn't trust you to lead, and why should she? You haven't even OYS on the first house, now you want another one.

Sounds like dread, not kill the puppy. Observe her actions, not her words. That's where the truth lies. A kill the puppy message comes after she's checked out of the relationship. It doesn't sound like that's the case here.

I work 70-90 hours per week. I still manage 2-3 workouts per week plus 2 sessions at the MMA gym per week. My kids and wife aren't starved for my time. Schedule. Write a plan for every minute of the day if you have to. Stop making excuses and go get it done. You are fantasizing about being a "mountain". It's just mental masturbation until you quit rationalizing and start prioritizing.

When you get roasted on TRP for posting a butthurt DEERfest, retreat to safer ground and churn out some bro-science. Come on man, this is weak. No basis in psychology, evolutionary biology, or anthropology. You write this with nothing but your own limited experiences with women as a guide and use a broad brush to paint the female gender to fit your model. You're acting no different than the other dude selling tshirts.

Bullshit. You know. You might not have every detail planned but deep down you have a high level overhead view of what CB's Awesome Life looks like. But if you never bring it to the forefront and acknowledge it, detail it, and commit to obtaining it, then you avoid ever having to feel shame/regret/guilt if you fail to acheive it.

3600 users here, 15,000 in the main sub. Maybe 3% of them are active participants. In reality, a guy could come here, read the sidebar and top posts, do the work, and completely transform his life without making even a single post or comment. It's all there, and it's been true for the entirety of human history. So lurk, read, ask questions here, and do the work.

If you were concerned you should have addressed it before you married her. She will lose respect for you if you show you're still obsessing over this thing from 5 years ago, and with no evidence to force even a trickle truth confession you aren't going to get a straight answer anyway. She's had 5 years to hamster whatever actually happened into a perspective that most benefits her, and you've had 5 years of providing ever more comfort and support while this doubt was still eating away at you. There was no risk of "adopting" her frame. You were in it from the jump. Your wife was talking to you because she wanted your attention. You know how many guys in here barely get full sentences from their wives, the same wives that gossip with their girl friends for hours? She wants to interact with you because she still sees you as valuable (though you are doing a fine job of eroding that viewpoint) and you get triggered and go full on pouting child mode. Her request for an explanation was an a…

Congrats, you went full retard. You wasted 24 hours of your life because you were butthurt. An assertive "Hey, you already told me that" followed by you changing the subject would have avoided all that drama.

You haven't applied a single principle from the sidebar books you claim you've read. Your recount of your actions is a perfect example of what not to do. You are frameless, not stoic, you are triggered by shitty behavior, and you bitch. Edit:. And the DB situation has nothing to do with living arrangements. She doesn't want to fuck you because you are not attractive to her.

Silent treatment because you're above basic bitch drama is very different than silent treatment because you're butthurt.
