It can be challenging approaching a girl with 2 other older ladies, honestly if it was me I would maybe eye contact a lil more to make sure and if response is positive i would signal to her to come to you. She could maybe signal to you to go there. And it would be your green flag. If you actually think he was worth the effort, that signal could be a way for her to be alone and give you the opportunity to talk to her.
