UR, please read my posts and understand, I am not one that is condoning killing it because it's not technically a baby. But there are stages to human development. Zygote, embryo, fetus, baby, newborn, infant, toddler, etc.... We are humans with human dna at all of these stages.

Well like I said, it's a human with human rights. It does not matter how developed it is. It has human DNA is and is a living distinct individual. As to your question, if it's ok to abrot because the kid is going to have a shit life why not kill kids who are already born who have shit lives?

I believe the unborn are living, district, individual, humans and are therefore entitled to the human right to live. As such abortion should be outlawed nationally except for extreme cases of the mothers death. At the very least kick it back to the states and let them decide for themselves. There is so much more we know about embryonic development today than in 1973, it’s hard to imagine the same ruling coming down from the court.
