I thought more of it as an accessory and more of a physical list, while reading is exercising the brain. While most men think of dancing as not an important skill to devote time to, they glaze or pass over it, I'm saying it will help a considerable amount of young men if they learn it young enough. It gives confidence where you can steal away a girl for a dance and enjoy being aloof and demonstrate mastery even if you've only taken 10 lessons. I've seen plenty of younger men who if you give them…

I'm talking about adolescent men, not kids. I suppose I should have stated around the time they enter or leave high school these things should be done. It will be different for every guy. Reading is a no-brainer. Lifting was echoed as the #1 rule here. Learning social, ballroom, and/or even competitive-like dancing forces you to lead your partner, something I wished I had learned around 18. Any sort of club, having enough confidence and skill to lead a girl instantly puts all the non-dancing men…

This. Abundance mentality. You still need to have it. The negative posts I've seen that seem to be more common than years ago in this sub are making me think some people aren't focusing on outcome independence. Whatever happens, happens. Don't let your what ifs consume you.

Multiple courses, I've already taken a few, received CPR and First aid training, etc. There are all sorts of levels of trainers, but being as this isn't my primary occupation, obviously there are people out there with more knowledge and certifications than myself. I've fast tracked this faster than any other trainer, so I'll be official rather soon. Also - every gym is different, many only hire from within. I was singled out and asked, gave it some thought, and realized I had more to gain from i…

Exactly, and learning by doing is IMO the fastest ticket to success. The more you lead, the better you lead. Usually, as long as there is improvement happening.

First time on here, in literally years. Good to see this place is still chugging along. Things have gone well for me in by absence. Just to add to the topic at hand. Women want to be lead and have you take control, of course. But there are activities and hobbies that can help aid you in your search to become a man of action and a man of power. I honestly think all men at a young age will be better men if they 1) lift 2) learn dancing 3) lead in other activities or areas of their lives. Just rece…

"He's doing the dice thing too much!" "That's all he's got." Joking but you're spot on and so is OP. Now, as past contributors have said, you learn HOW to dance and keep it fun with a rhythm. That's a skill worth having.

I've had girls say the same or say it with their eyes or other remarks saying how hot that was / this is. Remember gentleman if you're simply bang'a'ranging hard that's not always the key. You want to dominate and ravage with you both being like wild animals enjoying it. If a girl isn't seriously enjoying herself it's one of a few things or a combination of things. Those reasons might be on you, might not. Sidebar has plenty of ways to correct things you're doing if it's you. It's not always bec…

Ridden off and on for many years. Chicks do dig them, but don't let that be the reason to get one. OP - I've been intrigued on Zeros recently because they look better than when they first came out and their range is much better than it used to be, but still I think they are a little overpriced for their range. Which Zero do you have? What's your real world range? I was contemplating the FX / FXS as an around town bike plus a trail bike to strap to the back of a truck for camping, and with my ver…

This, a million times this. There have been a few posters on TRP who state they have gone through a lot of work with their lawyer long before a marriage. They set up their businesses and assets in blind trusts that only pay out X amount in the event of a child to pay for that child's education. No other money is up for grabs. Not to the wife, or if they are wealthy enough, the wife may have rights to (1) house they co-habitate, not the other houses, etc. This again, would take a lot of effort to…

I honestly can't stand celebrity gossip. Especially that family, they are a cartoon representation of everything wrong with the need to have a celebrity-like lifestyle. Do you have a vasectomy? Curious on your views on it. I share the same view about children. Grade A post, I've thought about this a lot too. There are some girls out there that aren't a fan of that sort of lifestyle. "A girl will share a real alpha", says the masses here but I don't think that's always true. I had a plate that I had a threesome with, and she was very eager to please and she would have no doubt be fine with being one of the girls, it was a don't ask - don't tell sort of understan…

Since I'm all for home defense and security. Let me add: It's a smart idea to have clearly visible signs posted at the entrances of the house at eye level. "This property is under 24 Hour surveillance. Smile, you're on camera." This way any guest was warned upon entering and is easier to argue that they couldn't have missed it. Kinda like when your car gets towed, and you didn't see the sign (let's be honest, they are almost always hidden). MAKE YOURS VISIBLE. Know your local laws, for example, …

Shit, I cringed hard when I read that. Every time I hear of a dead bedroom like that I think back towards the end of a previous LTR and think of how it started to be withheld and how much that weighs on a guy. I'll never put myself in that situation again. It truly affects a guy's happiness. Mix in disrespect from a girl, you've already stayed too long. Let's not instill fear for no reason. Birth control for women vs birth control for men are hugely different. Men don't really have that many options. 1. Condom 2. Pull Out 3. Vasectomy None of our forms of birth control are like what women have to deal with, none of that hormone crap - so let's just stop comparing the two right there. I know the guy doesn't have the skill or ability to do it. You have to be an aware and again, machiavellian type to do it. Everyone, everywhere is manipulating. It's just not always in your face. "Seems happy" ah yes, we never truly know how couples live unless you sense or see the cracks. I'm not jaded but some of the seemingly happy couples I know really aren't.

banana never said to marry the sister. It's Machiavellian and a beta soul would never do this, but disregard older sister. Get with younger sister. It turns them against each other and older sister gets a lesson of what she did to him, only in reverse. Oh and it'll surely destroy the relationship between the sisters.

Also means something entirely different in prison. How about TRP stops regurgitating this stupid word that one shrew came up with? Yep. Similar story. Fail in any way and they can't "unsee" it as said many times by many people. Many ways. Being a spineless creature offering up any type of resource just because a girl asks for it, or the type of guy who just gives away precious resources without being asked. IE: time, money, food, help, rides, etc etc. It's not wrong to do good things, but don't do it expecting anything in return. You clearly have never experienced what tingles can do. Just last week one of my plates gave me a hair cut at her salon, then a wash. I was about to post the same thing. Most guys in good, non-drama filled relationships can probably say the same thing. I too had an LTR of many years, once she started hanging around a specific toxic woman, things fell apart very quickly. Happened to many relationships where this toxic person had an ear to whisper into. When a good guy friend asked why all of these relationships were ending, I simply said, what's the variable? What is the constant? That one toxic woman. Minds were blown.

You said it yourself, you don't approach enough. Change that, or focus on what you truly want. From your attitude towards her, oneitis is settling in a bit. I'm around your same age, but I can't believe you are being so obtuse since I usually enjoy your posts. Check your morality at the door - it's been "stickied" for god sakes. Or stop it before it starts. For 2016, when you first start to talk to a girl, during the first date, reveal that a family member or someone close to you was raped. If she has a rape story ( or 9, for fucks sakes... ) then "go to the bathroom" only to never return. I can't believe that this could be a serious strategy to evade such women. You bring it up because it clearly is not what you want. Many non-trp readers these days would say you're being shallow, but in a way this is what happens in many LTRs people do get complacent. The getting comfortable and falling into less effort is a slope, that can snowball. If you think about the length and content of this, it's a far better deal than say a newly released movie on blu-ray/dvd for about the same cost. But hey, that's just my take on it.

They are truly only going with the pack, if only sir captain save-a-ho's realized that their crusade is of a false prophet (the woman in question is usually lying about something) then perhaps they'd change their tune, oh wait, no they won't, because they are stupid followers. I can almost guarantee what many of us are thinking is right. She was inseminated alright, but not by a needle. Invitro is a pretty big deal, not just the expense of it. I do try to get a decent rapport going and create plates more than just one night stands with skanks though, but not saying the latter hasn't happened. I love to call too, guys just don't talk anymore. Most guys don't do this or aren't comfortable doing this. If they don't answer, they are scared or they weren't as receptive as I thought. They will have to qualify themselves to me a little bit harder after that. Well done. I've said it before, but I think 14/15/16 year old boys should be able to get Vasalgel with father's permission when it becomes available. Drastic reduction in bullshit 16 and pregnant situations. And guys right at 18 should be able to get it. Boom, there is some real birth control for those that want to have kids - someday. Oh, I'm well aware, I've been following it closely for the last few years. Again, I'm 50/50. The snip or the polymer is happening.

Paid_Internet_Troll is spot on. Don't need to ask anything or show anything to them. It's essentially dead eyes, you can see it from across a room. It makes them essentially impossible to pair bound with another. Another example: Walk into a strip club, 99% of the girls have it. The 1% aka the unlikely chance that you see a girl that doesn't have it is rare. She's no unicorn though, she is just likely the smartest girl there and has something decent in her life that hasn't eaten her entire soul …

Heavy Weights, ah Ben Stiller in one of his finest. Although the movie is part of the Disney, let's just be happy with who we are outlook it had a few quotes that were amazing. "Attention campers. Lunch has been cancelled due to lack of hustle. Deal with it." "Kids, at age 12, I weighed 319 pounds. I had bad skin, low self-esteem, and no self-respect. Now, I eat success for breakfast, with skim milk."

I've actually come to the conclusion a good friend of mine is gay (not that I care) because of this. I've never asked, and he's never really made me think he is, but in the past year there are signs via social media. In the past he's never mentioned a girlfriend or had one to my knowledge but years and years ago we'd talk about hot chicks, etc. Just guy stuff. I didn't hang out with him often, it's probably been a few years since I've seen him in person, but just the other day I was curious what…

This topic comes up every few months. I want Vasalgel too. But the more I think about it, the more I may go for the non-surgical vasectomy even when Vasalgel is available. I still plan to wait a few more years to decide though. Regardless, a man's sperm should be under his own control. Getting snipped, or getting a polymer injected to give him back his control is in my opinion, just the way it should be, I don't want to rely on someone else or their design for offspring if I have stated it's not…

If she's your ex, and you're still fucking her you're going to think she's still yours until you can positively say you are over her, even then it's best to not fuck an ex, or any kind of progression you've made will likely stop. There is a reason she's your ex. You are going to be stuck in an endless loop.

Just posted something similar in the main trp sub. You shouldn't say anything. "She was never yours, it was just your turn." Repeat this to yourself OP. Over and over and internalize it. The faster you actually believe it and move on to having abundance mentality the better you'll be. She is your ex. I know it's hard to do, but cut off contact with her. Very solid post TDC. I think the phrase that needs to be really understood and repeated for anger phased men is, "She was never yours, it was just your turn." Nah, but I'll start on a version 2.0 of this sub if need be. If we archive and catalog everything that currently exists we could create a forum just like this where ips aren't logged thus making it similar to reddit without the politics.

I think he was purposely generic with his response. As someone who is an enthusiast of the things that go vroom, especially BMWs, it could be anything. I mean it could be a $5k 15 year old Z3, or a brand new 2015 BMW M4 drop top (don't think I've seen the convertible M4's on the road yet) with MSRP around $70k. You know what's funny? Most girls won't really know the difference if the Z3 was clean and in excellent condition. I mean you can snag Z4's for not much more than a Z3, and they really ma…

I'll echo what others have said. When you kept going back to her, she's clearly not afraid of losing you. She's actually being turned off by this, you're not holding a strong frame in those moments. She is willing to walk away with the comments she is saying. You don't hold any power over her, she's trying to use the emotional connections against you in a way. If that's just how easily she can push away or if it's her simple denial of the drinking problem - you can't be sure, but I think it's bo…

Providing clickbait link without adding your own substance is a waste of time and a thread. It's common practice to use an archiving generator (archive.today / archive.is) so that these clickbait websites don't gain a massive amount of views from TRPers. We're supposed to be better than the sheep. TRP has more than one thread on this bullshit, read and discuss here: http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/34nll8/the_dad_bod_dont_you_fucking_dare_buy_into_it/

This is a nightmare, as others have said, she could have killed someone. Prepare for divorce as others have said. Best case - she stops drinking, and there may be some hope for her. But you need to be ready for the worse case scenario, you'll have to divorce her. There is no in between in my opinion. You need to be ready to have her no longer be part of your life, get everything in order.

No problem, I'm sure they are available online, perhaps even clips on youtube. Jon Taffer delves into the psychology behind the bar business, the how or why he chooses to do certain things that are a mystery to much of the bar industry, that's why he's a household name in the states. I'm not saying to only watch Bar Rescue then open a bar, but it actually can fill in the blanks if you're new to it. What your father is going to do can be very stressful beyond just starting a new business. The per…

Sephora makes so much money. That's my go-to gift card for the lady. Are you a guy? Were you one of the very few men working at a Sephora? I've only seen a few most gay, not that I care. Watch a bunch of Bar Rescues, perhaps with him. If he's never owned or operated a bar before, it really could help him and you not make costly mistakes. Sounds silly to watch a show to learn things, but while a lot of it is common sense and smart business sense, there are things that can actually be learned from it. I wish you and yours good fortune in this endeavor.

I made a mistake re-posting the same link. This is all the same study, because I did simply pull from three sources to make sure they all were saying the same thing. This is really only citing one main study. Non-soda, even non-diet soda drinkers will be better of health wise, and it does correlate to weight gain and waist circumference - especially so as it states in older people. Over the age of 65: They determined that daily and occasional diet soda drinkers gained nearly three times as much …

Love your last line, but I'm going to have to disagree, respectfully. A huge portion of "Soda" drinkers switched to diet, yet they don't lose weight. They still will be at a severe disadvantage to someone who doesn't drink soda. It absolutely can cause and continue any weight gain. Some of it you can't even see, like skinny people who eat and drink shit, their visceral fat around their organs is at dangerous levels. Plus the fact that when their metabolism does slow down, they are going to be so…

Dr. Oz, IMHO, is betraying the Hippocratic Oath when he betrays clinical science in favor of currying ratings and favor of his primarily obese female audience, and it's disgusting. He's the real "monster", not Roosh. Roosh had the right message, but poor delivery, and yes I agree he did TRP community no favors by doing it, but he definitely wasn't the biggest failure on that soundstage. The medical doctor minimizing the health problems of obesity was the biggest failure. Couldn't agree more. Whe…

I missed your reply, I said something somewhat similar. When someone vandalizes something, of corporate property or anything really those people should be hauled off to jail. If a teenage boy spray paints anything, and hangs around, and it's rather easy to tell he did it... this shouldn't be a discussion in my opinion. If he's over 18, he is fined and sometimes much more.

Dr. Oz is such a crock. The way he was flailing in front of congress as they grilled him showed a truly different side of him in terms of demeanor and appearance. As far as TV people go, I think he wears more makeup than any other guy out there, even maybe Conan. Of course the people who sit at home all day and think they are going to get into shape with his tidbits without ever working up a sweat are the real issue. Another positive thing about being a creative is there is always going to be an element of sales within creative strategy. You will learn far more about body language, power talk, and psychology with a client if you're selling something or helping them sell something to others. Sure, straight sales jobs will be even more so, but flexing the creative mind at other times is a nice break from straight salesmanship. I'm in related fields.

This will annoy Christine to no end that she's not important enough to be mad at. I think it's worth letting them both go, no contact. Any revenge in this situation as stated, won't help you. I forgot where I saw it, perhaps a comedy sketch but... if you involve a camera, it becomes porn, and porn isn't illegal. Then the woman is just a paid actor. If you get her on camera stating that she's willingly participating in porn... even if the police show up, you rewind, show the "setting up convo" they leave and you... profit?
