Yes! This is why I'm not into the whole "women improve the species by getting with the top percentage of men" crap. The guys I've seen with the hottest women are usually druggies & losers who dress like manboys with backwards baseball hats or dudes fresh out of prison. The law means nothing when it can be this subjective... so a judge can sentence one person to 100 years then turn around and give someone probation for the same crime? There is no universal standard and personal feelings like "meh, but she's a girl so it's okay" have no place in courts.

I'm seriously asking here --- How much room for bias does a judge have and what keeps them ethical? I ask because does this mean any judge can look at any case and just say "meh, I don't feel like sending them to jail, I like their haircut." ? It seems to be the case in many of these cases. A clear violation of the law and the judge says "Naaaah, I don't feel like it."
