About tree fiddy. Looks like my bad joke is pretty close. A cursory google found this, 4th page: http://openscholarship.wustl.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1276&context=law_urbanlaw "...an association is not "distinctly private" if it has more than four hundred members, provides regular meal service, and receives regular payment from nonmembers."

I mean... it's literally right there in the article: This lack of official paperwork garnered the attention of the New York City Commission on Human Rights, which in 2018 opened an investigation into the company. The Wing’s large membership — more than 11,000 worldwide, according to reps — meant it couldn’t pass as a “social club,” and therefore can’t discriminate based on gender.

That is partially correct about the co-habitation business, but the rules for division of property for common-law couples is honestly probably what it should be for married couples, at least in Ontario. I would imagine most other provinces are similar. To crib from the site I'm fact-checking myself on: Items purchased during the relationship belong to the person who paid for them Items purchased jointly will usually be divided And that's it. Just don't have a kid and you'll be pretty much okay. …

Honest mistake. They both certainly have similar agendas, it's just that one is batshit crazy and the other one isn't Laura Kate Dale.

Different person... the one on the left is Carolyn Petit (not sure of spelling) who I think worked for Gamespot before going to FF. The one who wrote the retarded Kotaku article was Laura Kate Dale. /u/Aukos is right about the quality drama around that one though. Why do I know this shit?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
