Noted. I see your point. It is "advice" that someone gave me and genuinely helped me to focus on bettering myself & expecting less from others but I can understand how it's not for everyone. Im totally ok with the criticism on that, I'll think about it more.

I don't understand why people like you make posts when you dont genuinely want input from people. Your post as well as most of your responses to other people who had good advice have this negative and whiny tone to it. You're not entitled to find somebody. I haven't found someone yet & I'm mid twenties and I don't hate the guys that don't like me, I just assume I'm not their type.

Everyday I come across all kinds of people. I've never expected for strangers and especially cashiers getting slightly above minimum wage to try and make me feel good about myself. I just pay and go. There are also many cultures where it's really uncommon to be open and friendly in public. Young women also aren't as comfortable with making eye contact with strangers who are men. IMO promiscuity or an excessive body count doesn't equal desirability - It simply tells a story of what kind of lifestyle someone lives, what kind of people they choose to spend their time around, how they view women/men & relationships.
