Capitalism as a system is unsustainable because it's predicated on the concept of resource extraction and there is no such thing as infinite resources, hence why jobs are going to shit because of fewer resources being hoarded more disproportionately than ever before on a global scale

I get mad about video games but it doesn't affect my life. I think most people overreact to disappointment so they don't really know what it's like to get angry about something and then let it go and continue on and not let it completely spiral you.

Not in reality, that's a created negative connotation to it. I think it's because of how loud and aggressive red pill messaging is -- i.e., people who do what OP described are cucks, betas, etc. because red pill dudes need to believe, more than anything, that the only "true" way to be free is the red pill and therefore messaging about the other, the blue piller, needs to be negative, always. the male feminist being a prime example, a traitor to his race, so to speak.
